近年由於線上分享影音資訊快速的發展,線上教學也成為了各方面資訊學習非常熱門的方式。雖然在網路上瀏覽影片很方便,但是只限於完整影片的搜尋,在網路上到處可見數十分鐘長的影片,如果只想觀看影片的特定片段,或是從中間某個場景開始瀏覽,就要花上不少時間在尋找正確的時間點上,例如耗費許多額外的時間從頭觀賞或者是直接點選時間條。
本研究主要以HTML5、JSP、XML、eXist、NFC等技術實現行動視訊播放與管理系統。利用OpenCV來分析影片內容,找出關鍵畫面並做為影片的分段點,自動為整部影片分割成多個片段,系統依照影片類別,要求使用者輸入和此類別相關的片段資料並以XML的格式儲存相關資訊,並以原生XML資料庫eXist儲存XML文件,並且利用XQuery查詢語言查詢資料庫中影片及片段內容,讓使用者能夠快速地找到想要瀏覽的影片內容,例如運動影片的精彩畫面或是英語教學影片中的特定授課內容、角色對話,增加使用者瀏覽影片的效率。我們使用HTML5、CSS、JavaScript設計出影片的瀏覽頁面,在不需要額外安裝任何的附加元件情況下就能夠正常的播放影片內容,能夠提供使用者無論是行動裝置或是個人電腦都有一個良好的瀏覽環境。另外本系統透過與NFC技術結合,感應不同的場所以及不同功能的tag,產生出更多樣化的用途。

Due to the fast development of sharing audio and video contents online in recent years,teaching online also becomes a popular way of information learning. Although watching videos on the Internet is very convenient, but only in Full video searching,on the Internet a lot of videos the duration is tens of minutes, if the viewer only want to watch a particular clip,it will spend a lot of time to search the right way,for example,you should watch the video from Beginning or click the time line directly.
In this thesis,we use HTML5、 JSP、 XML、 eXist and NFC to develop the Playing and Management system for Mobile Video. we use OpenCV to analyze video contents, find the key frame and be the time of video segmentation, and split the whole video into multiple segments automatically, the system follows the video category, allow users to enter the relevant data and store the data use XML format. we use the native XML database eXist to store XML documents, and use XQuery to query the data of videos and segments, so users can find the video or segment they want to watch such as highlights of sport video and specific contents and dialogues of English teaching video, increase the efficiency of watching videos. We use HTML5、CSS and JavaScript to design the movie watching page,so it can play video without install any additional add-ons,provide users a good environment whether use mobile device users or personal computer. In addition our system combine with NFC technology to produce more applications by touch the tags of different functions at different places.
