高中男生通學方式、身體活動量與健康體適能之比較研究

摘 要
在過去的研究中發現,增加身體活動確實能夠有效地提昇健康體適能;但針對通學方式對高中男生之影響的研究,目前在國內外並無相關的文獻。因此,本研究即以通學方式與身體活動對高中學生健康體適能可能產生的效果加以分析探討。
本研究之受試者共計593名高中二年級男性學生,經分組篩選後符合條件之受試者人數為146名,其平均年齡為16.74±0.77歲、身高為172.67±6.88公分及體重為64.18±9.98公斤。研究的進行以三日身體活動回憶紀錄法加以估算學生平均每日身體活動能量消耗值(kcal/kg/day),以其能量消耗值與個人通學方式作為受試者編組之依據,並進行健康體適能測驗。
所得資料運用獨立樣本單因子變異數分析及二因子變異數分析(simple factorial ANOVA)統計方法處理分析後的結果如下:(一)以步行及騎乘腳踏車為通學方式之高中男生在肌力、肌耐力及心肺適能方面優於以乘車方式通學之學生。(二)身體活動量較大的高中男生在肌力、肌耐力、柔軟度及心肺適能方面優於身體活動量較少的學生。(三)通學方式與身體活動兩者只有在身體組成(身體質量指數)上有交互作用效果存在。
本研究之結論是身體活動量多與步行、騎乘腳踏車通學之高中男生在各項健康體適能方面會有較優的成績表現。
