本研究旨在探討國中生在幽默風格、嘲笑風格以及創造力的差異,以及彼此之間的關係。研究工具採「幽默風格量表」、「嘲笑風格量表」以及「新編創造思考測驗」,並以分層立意取樣方式選取全台北、中、南、東四區域及台北市、高雄市,共742位學生為研究對象。研究資料採用變異數分析以及迴歸分析,而研究結果如下:
1. 國中男生在攻擊型幽默高於女生。
2. 國中男生在喜笑人高於女生。
3. 國中男女生在創造力的表現無顯著差異。
4. 親和型幽默與自我提升型幽默和創造力皆達顯著正相關。而國中生的幽默風格能有效預測創造力,其中以親和型幽默具有最佳的解釋力。
5. 喜被笑與創造力達顯著正相關。而國中生的嘲笑風格能有效預測創造力,其中以喜被笑具有最佳的解釋力。
6. 正向幽默感愈高,創造力表現亦愈佳。
本研究顯示幽默風格與創造力,以及嘲笑風格與創造力,各有其相關性存在。依據結果,本研究提出若干建議,供教育輔導及未來研究之參考。
The study was to investigate the relationships between Humor Styles, Gelotophobia, Gelotophilia, Katagelasticism and Creativity of junior high school students. The measurements used were HSQ-TC, PhoPhiKat-TC and The New Tests of Creative Thinking. 742 junior high school students from 25 schools all around Taiwan participated in the study. Research data were analyzed by Analysis of Variance and Analysis of Regression. And the results are:
1. Male junior high school students scored higher than female students on aggressive humor.
2. Male junior high school students scored higher than female students on katagelasticism.
3. Students with different genders showed no significant differences in the scores of creativity.
4. Affiliative humor and self-enhancing humor both had a significant and positive correlation with creativity. Humor styles had a significant prediction to creativity, and affiliative humor had the most prediction.
5. Gelotophilia had a significant and positive correlation with creativity. PhoPhiKat had a significant prediction to creativity, and gelotophilia had the most prediction.
6. The higher the score of positive humor, the higher the creativity performance.
It is our hope that the results of the study may offer some suggestions for educational consultation and further studies.
