The study explored that the mobile technology dependence influenced mobile technostress and exhaustion, and that mobile technostress influenced exhaustion, and that mediator mobile technostress between technology dependence and exhaustion, and discussed that mobile technology dependence modulated between mobile technostress and exhaustion in Taiwanese staff .
We tested 25 hypothses and the results showed that the mobile technology dependence significantly and positively influenced mobile technostress, mobile Thchno-overload, mobile Thchno-invasion, mobile Thchno-complexity, mobile Thchno-insecurity, mobile Thchno-uncertainty, exhaustion.
The mobile technostress, mobile Thchno-overload, mobile Thchno-invasion significantly and positively influenced exhaustion.
The mobile technostress, mobile Thchno-overload, mobile Thchno-invasion positively mediatored mobile technology dependence and exhaustion.
The mobile technology dependence positively modulated the relationship mobile technostress, mobile Thchno-overload and exhaustion.
