國內呼叫器的使用日益普遍,所具備的呼叫功能也日益增多,在高速無線傳呼系統中大部份呼叫功能,係由用戶撥接後,透過中繼器來處理,以完成撥叫接續目的。本研究提出一個簡單且可行的即時中繼器呼叫控制方法,建構在一個模糊專家系統模型下,目的在彈性調整線上通話接續時間,而達到充分利用中繼器設備,以節省採購中繼器的成本。
在模糊專家系統的建模,可分為輸入數據及模糊控制決策等兩部份。在輸入數據部份,是透過灰色預測方法所產生,可提早預測出呼叫訊務變化的趨勢,經模擬測試後,已證實在常態訊務方面,可達成及時反應的目的。再比較原來平滑指數型預測的數據,顯示灰色預測更為精確且接近實際值。
在模糊控制決策部份,是將各項呼叫訊務預測後的數據及原來系統的重要現況參數,送入模糊推論機,經模擬測試後,確實可從不同訊務量狀況中,協助找出最適合的決策方案,而完成即時彈性調整中繼器時間的目標,使得中繼器設備使用率由60% ~ 80% 提昇至70 %~ 90%,線上通話時間可增長,設備成本也降低。
As the result of pagers prevalence in Taiwan, more and more functions are developed. People page others through trunks in a high speed radio paging system. The proposed scheme presents a simple and feasible real time trunk control method used in the paging system. Based on the model of fuzzy expert systems, our scheme adjusts the online meet-me time dynamically not only to make the trunk availability high but also to save the cost.
Our scheme contains two phases, including data input phase and fuzzy control decision phase. In the data input phase, the modeling of Grey System Theory is adopted to simulate the numeric meet-me and special calls and to predict the change trend of trunk traffic in normal condition by simulation; it also shows that it can reach real-time reaction. To compare with the original smooth exponential prediction, grey prediction represents more precise and approximate to the real value.
In the fuzzy control decision phase, the prediction data and the relative parameters related to call control in the paging system are sent to the fuzzy inference engine of the fuzzy expert system to derive some information. After simulation test, it can actually help finding the most proper decision from different trunk traffic. In other words, it achieves the purpose of dynamically adjusting the online meet-me time.Thus, it will raise the utilization rate of trunk from 60% ~ 80% to 70% ~ 90%. The meet-me time will be lengthened, as well as the cost of equipment will be reduced.
