本論文是從現下的社會狀態以及筆者這段期間對週遭人、事、物的情感抒發和自省,並由此探討「女性視角.男女關係」,以男女間的衝突、矛盾、糾結、陰陽為論文的核心,討論男女的情感關係,並嘗試從生物學、心理學、社會學等方面來論述男女間互有消長的動態平衡關係,探尋引發衝突、矛盾和糾結的原因, 以及男女關係如何由各為個體到陰陽和諧的進程。 除此之外,筆者用不同於以往的繪畫創作方式結合自身想要表達的情感,作出更緊密的連結性,將自身的創作直接傳達到觀者的心靈,並期望能引起其共鳴。
創作中以「花與昆蟲」分別作為男女的象徵來表現;媒材中,紙材筆者選擇用一般的生宣、熟宣、蟬翼宣來繪畫,而筆材的部分則是選擇鉛筆、針筆、 毛筆來作為表現的方式。選擇鉛筆、針筆在一般的宣紙上是為了製造衝突感, 增加突兀的感覺。而筆者最後使用毛筆,來乾擦、濕染增加肌理的豐富性並製 造和諧感,同時藉毛筆的繪畫再度凸顯宣紙特性與優勢。
本論文分為五個章節,第一章緒論又分為四小節,分別是第一節研究動機與目的、第二節研究內容與方法、第三節研究範圍與限制、第四節名詞解釋。第二章女性觀點視角:男女情感關係的研究分為四小節,第一節男女親密生物性與情 感心理關係、第二節男女的婚姻與家庭關係、第三節男女情感衝突、矛盾與糾結、 第四節男女陰陽對應相融抽象概念。第三章不對等中平衡的男女關係又分為四小 節,第一節創作理念、第二節創作模式與方法、第三節創作媒材的分析、第四節 創作過程與步驟。第四章作品內容解析分為兩小節,第一節整體創作及作品脈絡 分析、第二節個別作品解析。第五章結論分為兩小節,第一節男女關係發展的創 作省思、第二節創作思維與方法的轉換。
Set against the current social status, this study is an expression and introspection into the author's personal emotional feelings towards the surrounding people, events and things, which led her to explore the "Feminine Perspective: Relationships between Men and Women ". The basis of this paper examines the liaison between men and women through their conflicts, contradictions, entanglements, and their Yin and Yang – Chinese philosophy of the feminine and masculine energy within, to discuss the decreasing dynamic equilibrium between them from the standpoints of biology, psychology and sociology, exploring the causes of conflicts, contradictions and entanglements, and how eventually the relationship between these two sexes progressed from lone to gender harmony. In addition, the author also employs a new, never tried before method of painting and combines it with the emotions she desires to present in order to create a closer connection. She applies her own unique form of painting to communicate directly with her audience, in hope of resonating with their souls.
In the author's collection of art works "flowers and insects" are adopted as symbols to represent men and women respectively. She selects ordinary unprocessed and processed xuan rice papers and silk paper for painting; while the pencil, technical pen and brush have been chosen as mediums of drawing to aid in her performance. Both the pencil and technical pen have been used to draw on the common xuan rice paper to forge an acute sense of abruptness. Finally, the author finishes with a brush to give her artwork a dry or moist sweep to enhance the richness of the texture creating a sense of harmony; simultaneously highlighting the characteristics and superiority of the xuan rice paper.
This thesis consists of five chapters. Chapter One – Introduction, is divided into four sections namely, Motivation and Purpose of Study; Research Contents and Methodology; Scope of Study and its Limitations; and Glossary Terms. Chapter Two focuses on the Feminine Perspectives on the Study of the Emotional Relationships between Men and Women. It is further sub-categorized into the Intimate Biological and Psychological Relationships between Men and Women; Marriage and Family Relationships between Men and Women; Emotional Conflict, Contradiction and Entanglement between Men and Women; and the Abstract Concepts of the Contrary yet Complementary forces within Yin and Yang. Chapter Three deliberates the Imbalance between Men and Women, and is sectioned according to the Concepts behind the Creative Ideas; Modes and Methods of Creation; the Analysis of Creative Mediums; and the Steps and Process of Creation. Chapter Four, the Content Analysis of Painting launches An Investigation into the Overall Art Creation and its Thread; and the Analysis of Individual Works. The concluding Chapter Five branches into the Rumination on the Creation of the Development of Gender Relationships; and the Transformation of the Concepts and Methods of Creation.
