本研究旨在探討中等學校專任輔導教師本身創意特質與幸福感之關聯性,並分析恆毅力與輔導自我效能在創意特質與幸福感的關係中是否具有序列中介的效果。研究方法採用問卷調查法,以全台110學年度中等學校專任輔導教師為便利取樣之研究對象,透過聯絡各縣市專輔教師、線上群組等方式發放電子問卷,使用工具為「創意發展個人特質因素量表」、「中文版恆毅力量表」、「國中輔導人員輔導自我效能量表」與「簡式中小學教師主觀幸福感量表」,共回收156份有效問卷,進行序列中介分析。研究結果為:中等學校專任輔導教師創意個人特質、恆毅力努力持續性、輔導自我效能與幸福感之間為正向關聯;恆毅力努力持續性與輔導自我效能在創意個人特質對幸福感具有完全序列中介效果;恆毅力興趣穩定性與輔導自我效能在創意個人特質對幸福感不具序列中介效果。最後,本研究依據研究結果可以更了解現場中等學校專任輔導教師在此四變項之關聯機制,進而提出後續相關研究與實務建議。
This research aims to explore the relationship between the creative personalities and well-being of school guidance counselors, and to analyze the mediating effect of creative personalities and well-being between grits and counseling self-efficacy. Participants of this study, 156 school guidance counselors, filled in on-line questionnaires of “The Inventory of personal-trait Factors to Creativity Development, IPF-CD”, “Traditional Chinese version of Grit Scale, GS-TC”, “the scale of counseling self-efficacy”, and “Subjective Well-Being Scale Short Form, SWBS-SF”. The study shows that positive relationship between the creative personalities, perseverance of effort, counseling self-efficacy and well-being of school guidance counselors. Perseverance of effort is an intermediate variable between creative personalities and counseling self-efficacy, and counseling self-efficacy as an intermediate variable between creative personalities and well-being. Perseverance of effort and counseling self-efficacy are serial mediating variables of creative personalities and happiness. Finally, based on the research results, we will discuss and make recommendations for future research.
