本研究旨在評估英特爾e教師計畫在台灣地區實施的成效。評估的內容包括:研習活動、研習資源應用,以及教師在研習後個人運用電腦、教學實施、和同儕及學校互動的情形。研究採取線上問卷調查方式,以email邀請完成訓練的14656位中小學教師上網填答,共5278位教師上網填寫,填答率36%。研究結果發現,八成以上教師教師給予研習活動正面評價,認為研習課程有助於其實施資訊科技融入教學。研習時完成的教材,約有60%的教師返校後實際應用於教學,但部份教師對學生使用電腦的管理及網路安全等教學實務方面的問題仍感到困擾。此外,教師在研習後運用科技的比例、實施學生自主學習活動、及與同儕教師有關資訊科技融入教學方面的互動均比以前更為頻繁。建議未來的資訊融入訓練,應注重實際教學可用的教材製作,並強調專題製作、獨立研究、及核心問題導引等的教學策略,以提昇教師資訊科技融入教學訓練的成效。
The purposes of this study is to evaluate the effects of Intel® Teach to the Future program in Taiwan. The program was evaluated from the perspectives of training curriculum, resources provided, and changes of teachers after training. An on-line questionnaire survey was conducted to 14656 participated teachers to collect both quantitative and qualitative data. A total of 5278 teachers filled out the questionnaire, a result of 36% response rate. The results showed that about 80% of the teachers surveyed considered the training program useful, and help them effectively integrate ICT (Information and Communication Technology) into their existing curriculum. Sixty-two percent of the teachers implemented their training products after returning to their school. Some teachers were bothered by pedagogical practice problems, such as managing students in computer labs and dealing with students’ safety problems when using Internet, when using ICT in the curriculum. Frequencies of teachers’ using ICT in classrooms, conducting independent learning, and interacting with colleagues on ICT integration issues were increased after teachers returning to their schools after training.
