在企業眾多的競爭力理論中,本研究主要針對人力資本部分中的「個人創新思維」能力,是否能透過創新教學,達到個人創新思維提升的可能性,同時在工作上亦能有創新作為之探討與研究。
人,是企業的根本。本研究旨在探討「人力資本」在眾多企業競爭力的項目中可以扮演的角色。如果,人是企業的基石,那麼個人創新能力的提升,是否對企業整體競爭力亦有所助益。
本研究會討論目前在台灣教育界之「創新教學」的實質意涵與現況,來佐證本研究中創新教學的價值與必要性。本研究之創新教學是以「普林斯頓超強記憶訓練系統」為例,研究中將呈現「記憶訓練」的實質教學內容與過程,並以「法國巴黎人壽」與「緯創資通」兩家企業的員工為授課對象,對上課人員做後續兩個月的成果追蹤,針對上課的學員以質性的訪談法來呈現「記憶訓練」與「創新思維」之間的關聯性。「創新思維」在本研究中主要是指個人思考慣性的改變與進步的狀態。判讀的方式會包括「左右腦的運用」、「垂直思考與水平思考」、「曼陀羅思考法」等策略工具,來呈現「創新思維」與「非創新思維」的差異性。
本研究的理論基礎是,「記憶」(學習上的記憶能力)是大腦輸入知識或資訊的過程,「創意」就是大腦輸出創新或創造力的成果。有效的記憶訓練,不僅能讓學習者擁有並活用知識與資訊,而這段學習的過程,更是鍛鍊思維與提升創意的珍貴歷程。創新思維就是不斷與時俱進的思維,不墨守成規、不固步自封,就是創新。
本研究最後驗證後並提出創新教學對企業人力資本的實質影響,供學術與企業界在企業教育訓練的安排上,有更多元的選擇。
This is a research focused on “Individual Innovative Thinking Skill” in Human Capital to see if it is possible to promote such skill through innovative teaching and to work in an innovative manner.
People are the foundation of an enterprise. The goal of this research looks into the roles “Human Capital” play within enterprise competitiveness. That is, if people are the cornerstone of an enterprise, how beneficial improving individual innovation will be to the overall enterprise competitiveness.
This research will further discuss the real meaning of “Innovative Teaching” and its current circumstances to prove the value and necessity of innovative teaching in this research. Examples for Innovative Teaching of this research are derived from “Princeton Ultra Memory Training System”. Authentic teaching content and process of “Memory Training” are presented throughout the whole research. The target groups are employees at “BNP Paribas CARDIF Assurance Vie” and “Wistron”. We also conducted a two-month follow-up and interviewed the participants with a qualitative approach in attempt to show the relationship between “Memory Training” and “Innovative Thinking”. “Innovative Thinking” refers to the habitual state of change and improvement of an individual. It was recognized with strategic tools such as “Utilization of Left/Right Brain”, “Vertical vs. Horizontal Thinking” and “Mandala Thinking” to represent the difference between “Innovative Thinking” and “Non-Innovative Thinking”.
The foundation of this research indicates that if “Memory” (the ability to memorize while learning) means the process of knowledge or information input into the brains, “Creativity” will be the result of innovation output of the brains. Efficient memory training gives learners knowledge and information, and at the same time teaches them how to apply throughout the journey of learning to strengthen one’s mind and enhance his or her own creativity. Innovative Thinking is used to evolve continuously, to break all rules and boundaries.
The reach will provide new and creative choices of training for enterprises and also the creative training influence of man power resource in companies.
