This study focused on examining the relationship among employees' digital literacy, psychological capital, and job involvement, as well as the moderating effect of digital literacy. The participants were full-time employees in domestic enterprises with at least one year of working experience. A total of 224 valid questionnaires were collected through a questionnaire survey. After conducting statistical analysis, the results showed that: (1) Psychological capital was positively related to job involvement; (2) Digital literacy moderated the relationship between psychological capital and job involvement. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a valuable reference for enterprises in formulating human resource management strategies, reducing employee turnover rates, and promoting sustainable organizational development.
