本研究利用高效率液相層析-多頻式紫外可見光偵測器,配合D NPH/HClO
之衍生法對於空氣與水中之Formaldehyde、Acetaldehyde、Acrolein、
Propionaldehyde、Crotonaldehyde、Methacrolein、Butanal、
Benzaldehyde、2-Methylbutanal、Pentanal、2-Meth ylpentanal、
Hexanal、Heptanal、Octanal、Nonanal及Decanal十六種醛類化合物分析
定量之研究。空氣樣品之採集使用收集瓶(Impinger)之主動採樣方式;水
樣前處理則利用管柱線上前濃縮法。經衍生反應完成後之樣品直接注入高
效率液相層析系統分析。收集瓶主動採樣法對空氣中醛類樣品分析之方法
偵測極限在1.8至9.2 ppb(v/v)的範圍,回收率在95% 以上,並實際以台
北市室外空氣作二十四小時的採樣分析與多點測定以驗證其可行性。管柱
線上前濃縮法對於水中十六種醛類樣品之方法偵測極限均在ppb的範圍,
回收率再現性於10%以內,並可成功地實際運用於飲用水之真實樣品分析
上。
Methods using HPLC-mutiwavelength UV detector and deri-
vatization technique for the analysis of formaldehyde、ace-
taldehyde、acrolein、propionaldehyde、crotonaldehyde、meth-
acrolein、butanal、benzaldehyde、2-methylbutanal、pentanal、2-
methylpentanal、hexanal、heptanal、octanal、nonanal、 decanal
in air and water are described. Air samples are collected
with the use of impinger and air sampling pumps, The collected
samples are directly in- jected into HPLC systems.Water samples
are derivatized with DNPH/HClO then subjected to on-line
preconcentration unit. Method detection limits for the
insterested analytes in air are within a range of 1.8 to 9.2ppb(
v/v). The recoveries are around 95%. Method detection limits in
water are within ppb ranges, recovery precisions are within
10%. The two me- thods are applied to analyese of
environmemtalsamples suc- cessfully.
