  • 由於沸石多孔性結構具有陽離子交換性質,因此在本論文中,我們將對H2O2具有還原催化能力的Fe4[Ru(CN)6]3固定在沸石中,並利用各種光譜分析與電化學技術研究其化學性質。實驗發現以此種沸石 (NaY/RP)所製成的葡萄糖感測電極(NaY/RP/GOx電極)對葡萄糖具有極佳的靈敏度。實驗結果顯示在pH5溶液中NaY/RP/GOx對葡萄糖具有最佳的偵測活性。此外流動注入式分析法也顯示此電極具有良好的再現性,其偵測濃度線性範圍約為2*10-4~2*10-2M。依照理論公式推導及電腦模擬與實驗結果相對照,我們發現NaY/RP在電極表面上之覆蓋度約為1.5*10-9 mol/cm2.此外,我們也利用交流阻抗研究其對葡萄糖偵測時電子傳遞之動力學。實驗結果顯示,隨著葡萄糖濃度增加,電子傳遞阻抗變小。NaY/RP/GOx沸石修 飾電極對葡萄糖偵測之反應速率常數為119 m-1s-1,Km值約為2mM,經由長時間測試,我們發現NaY/RP/GOx電極之候靈敏度在14天的實驗期後其靈敏度下降約百分之五十。

    Zeolite-entrapped ruthenium purple particles (denoted NaY/RP) have been prepared via "a-ship-in-the-bottle" techniques by ion-exchanging Fe3+ and Ru(CN)64- into zeolite NaY particles.These particles were characterized by spectroscopic (e.g., diffuse-reflectance UV-Vis absorption, IR-absorption, IR-absorption, X-ray powder diffractometry and SEM) and electrochemical techniques (CV and AC) impedance), The particulate electrodes constructed on the basis of NaY/RP with or without glucose oxidase displayed a remarkable sensitivity to glucose or H2O2, respectively.Linear calibration curves between 0.2 and 20 mM with a detection limit of 0.1 mM were registered for the detection of glucose (pH 5).Uric acid and ascorbic acid as well as oxygen interferes very little with the detection of these substance.Data simulation for the I-V curves obtained with the NaY/RP/GOx electrodes suggested the surface coverage of NaY/RP is ca.1.5×10-9 mol/cm2, the rate constant for the reaction between RP and glucose (psuedo-first-order) is ca.200M-1S-1.AC impedance measurement indicated the charge transfer resistance decreases significantly with the increasing concentration of glucose.Long-term tests indicated these zeolite-modified electrode are highly durable, e.g., the sensitivity decreases only by ca. 20% over a period of 14 days.
