反應之研究 本研究目的在比較被動式踩車運動時、0 watt
主動式踩車運動時和 100 watt主動式踩車運動時的心臟交感神經
和副交感神經的調節強度。受試者為自願參加本研究的健康男性12名(年
齡22.75±2.09歲,身高174.72±4.21公分,體重67.37±6.28公斤)。所
有的受試者需接受三次15分鐘運動測驗,包括一次被動式踩車運動(60
rpm) 和兩次主動式踩車運動(負荷為0 watt和100 watt, 60 rpm),
運動過程中記錄受試者的心電圖、血壓、肌電圖、換氣量和耗氧量。研究
以RR波間隔變異的頻譜分析來評估心臟自主神經的調節情形,光譜中的低
頻是指0-0.15Hz的頻率,高頻是0.15-0.5Hz的頻率。本研究結果經分析討
論後,獲得以下結論: 1. 安靜休
息時、被動式踩車運動時和0 watt 主動式踩車運動時,心臟交感神經和
副交感神經的調節強度並沒有顯著差異。但被動式踩車運動之9-15分鐘的
副交感神經調節強度小於安靜休息時。 2.100 watt主
動式運動時的心臟交感神經的調節顯著大於被動式踩車運動、0 watt主動
式踩車運動和安靜休息時,副交感神經的調節則顯著小於被動式踩車運動
時、0 watt主動式踩車運動時和安靜休息時。 被動式踩車運動
時心臟自主神經調節反應與安靜休息時、0 watt主動式踩車運動時極為類
似,當主動式踩車運動的負荷增加為100 watt時,交感神經的調節增加,
副交感神經的調節下降。

ABSTRACT The purpose of
this research was to to determine the effects of passive and
active cycling on heart autonomic nervous control. Twelve
healthy males(aged 22.75±2.9 yr, height 174.72±4.21 cm, weight
67.37±6.28 kg)participated this research. All subjects
performed three 15min exercisetests, a passive cycling(60 rpm)
and two active cycling(0watt and 100watt,60 rpm). ECG,VE, VO2,
blood pressure and EMG were recorded during exerciseand at rest.
Heart autonomic nervous control was estimated by the power
spectrum of RR interval variability(low frequency : 0-0.15 Hz,
high frequency : 0.15-0.5 Hz). The conclusions were :
1.The intensity of heart autonomic nervous control at passive
cycling was same with 0watt active cycling and rest. The
intensity of parasympatheticnervous control during passive
cycling 9-15min was lower than at rest. s2.The
intensity of sympathetic nervous control was larger during
100watt active cycling than during 0watt active cycling, passive
cycling and rest.The intensity of parasympathetic nervous
control was lower during 100wattactive cyclingthan during 0watt
active cycling, passive cycling and rest.
