夏日薰風暖柔，輕快的拂過荷塘花葉間。若問蓮鄉何處？台南城郊白河鄉間。是幾千年來文人雅士的朝思暮想，是觀音的座憇，是君子的鍾情。
白河是蓮的故鄉，也是筆者蓮的創作之鄉。筆者以荷韻流變為主題的創作，從荷的生成、開花、到殉落，由蓮生蓮滅，體悟生命的輪迴，更替，與生命觀的角度，創作兩大系列作品荷韻流變。
其一運用油彩加調合油混合之後，以滴流、潑彩、渲染、的方式等各種技巧讓油彩自動在畫面自然流動，直到達成筆者滿意的畫面為止，視畫面需要可加松莭油產生偶發性的效果，之後等待整個畫面將乾未乾時，筆者在畫布適當位置勾下荷葉，捕捉荷花自然姿韻之時， 旣藉以表現荷花的內涵特質，以寫意描摹情意，自然揮灑，也是筆者詮釋荷花內在的精神，與外在特質的意境。
其二以水彩和壓克力為創作主體媒介的系列，荷韻流變作品如「䈄萏消香翠葉殘」、「荷夢滴露」、「零落见風華」等等藉著重彩設色的特性，呈現自我面對外在環境的困厄磨難，內心卻摩煉出生命最鮮活的豐美的體悟，而筆者荷韻流變與自己的生命情境，相容相契。
繪荷旣畫筆者的情感，筆者的生命，其中以層層滴流堆疊的方式進行創作，也是藉由繪畫呈現內心，所承受外在逆境中撞擊的點滴。對荷今日的珍惜，明日的憧憬和昨日的眷戀，扭結在一起的感情，就像千辦蓮花一樣。繪荷向內尋求心靈的體悟，向外以自然為師。筆運的深情，源自內心的激浪，在深深地眷戀和遐想中，在內心生活和文化的感知中，讓寂寥的心湖蓮花盛開，我的心就是一片荷得澤國。
在荷韻流變的研究進程中，筆者透過文獻學理，與繪畫創作兩條途徑進行，前者以前人繪畫作品及詩詞爲視野，後者以自己的繪畫創作為途徑，分別以論述荷的生命樣貌，及描繪荷的生命意象。而在意象的展現以不同的媒材與表現手法體現，所描繪的荷，是一種生命內在精神，與外在形式之形神兼備的荷，將大自然與自身所獲得的感官、感覺經驗，連結在一起，透過畫面上點、線、面、色彩的重構，使畫面感受情境，其實也柔和了意境，使理性與感性結合，更有趣的是夢想可以實現。

As the summer approaches, a gentle breeze delicately touches the fragrant lotus flowers and leaves, dancing in the scenic lotus pond. To truly appreciate the captivating fragrance of these revered blooms, one must journey to the outskirts of Tainan City, where the Baihe’s Countryside has been home to cherished lotus flowers for centuries. It is in this region, in the land of Baihe, that the author's lotus-inspired artistry comes to life.

Through the intricate strokes of the brush, the artist captures the essence of the lotus's life cycle, from its emergence and blooming to its eventual withering. With a deep understanding of existence, the author presents her two renowned series, the enchanting “Transformation: Life of Lotus.”

The first series bursts with vibrant colors and bold use of oil paint, skillfully incorporating techniques like dripping, splashing, and rendering to evoke the natural flow of the lotus. With each stroke, the author mirrors the flower's charm by revealing its inner qualities through unrestrained expression, embodying the spirit and outer grace of the lotus.

In her second series, the artist explores the versatility of watercolor and acrylic, presenting masterpieces such as "Fading Fragrance of the Nymphaea" ,”Dream Dew of the Lotus” and "Vanishing of the Water Lily”. Through these mesmerizing works, the artist portrays her own life experiences, demonstrating that despite life's challenges, one can nurture a vibrant and beautiful inner world.

The process of painting lotuses reflects the author's emotions and life journey, with each drip and flow symbolizing the layers of her mind shaped by external trials. Like a thousand lotus blossoms seeking enlightenment, the artist's brushstrokes convey a deep sense of yearning for tomorrow, cherishing today, and reminiscing about yesterday. Drawing inspiration from nature, the artist's pen captures profound emotions, creating a serene and contemplative ambiance within the heart's Lotusland.

The author’s exploration of the evolving lotus transformation represents a beautiful fusion of literary theory and painting, where her brush and pen work together harmoniously to interpret the visions in paintings and poetry. Through her artwork, the author depicts the life and imagery of the lotus, unveiling its inner essence and external form through various mediums and techniques. This connection between nature, sensory experience, and artistic expression reconstructs elements such as dots, lines, surfaces, and colors, achieving a delicate balance of rationality and emotion in her creations, demonstrating that dreams can indeed manifest into reality.
