本研究旨在瞭解新北市國小教師的健康促進生活型態與幸福感之現況,探討不同背景的研究對象在健康促進生活型態與幸福感之差異,並得知健康促進生活型態與幸福感之相關,以及個人背景變項與健康促進生活型態對幸福感之預測力。
研究對象為新北市國小教師14,765人,抽樣方式採用分層抽樣和立意取樣法,總計發送554份電子問卷,回收有效問卷546份,回收率98.5%,並以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關和階層迴歸進行統計分析。
研究結果顯示,整體健康促進生活型態與整體幸福感呈現中度正相關(r=0.574,p=0.000),研究對象的婚姻狀況、教育程度、教學年資、年所得、居住情形和健康促進生活型態都可有效預測幸福感(R2=0.433,F=19.051,p=0.000),在控制研究對象背景變項的狀況下,健康促進生活型態可單獨解釋總變異量29.6%。
健康促進生活型態在控制個人背景變項之後,可以顯著的預測幸福感,因此,國小教師應該養成正向的態度,還有透過學校組織的鼓勵與支持,讓國小教師能夠擁有良好的健康促進生活型態,以增加教師自身的幸福感。
This study aimed to investigate the current status of health promoting lifestyle and well-being among elementary school teachers of New Taipei City. It explored the differences in these aspects among subjects from various backgrounds and examined the correlation between health promoting lifestyle and well-being. Furthermore, the study sought to predict well-being based on personal background variables and health promoting lifestyle.
The study included 14,765 elementary school teachers from New Taipei City. Sampling involved both stratified and purposive methods. A total of 554 electronic questionnaires were distributed, 546 valid responses were received, yielding a response rate of 98.5%. Statistical analyses included independent sample t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical regression.
Findings revealed a moderate positive correlation between overall health promoting lifestyle and overall well-being (r=0.574, p=0.000). Marital status, education level, teaching experience, annual income, living situation, and health promoting lifestyle were significant predictors of well-being(R2=0.433, F=19.051, p=0.000). Even after controlling for background variables, health promoting lifestyle alone accounted for 29.6% of the variance in well-being.
Health promoting lifestyle significantly predicted well-being when personal background variables were taken into account. Therefore, fostering a positive attitude among elementary school teachers and providing support through school organizations can promote beneficial health behaviors and enhance teachers' well-being.
