全民化、生活化和終身化的音樂教育理想,需要在有計劃、有系統的推展
社會音樂教育下,方能實現。國民中學分佈在全國每一鄉鎮中,以其作為
社區音樂文化中心,推展社會音樂教育,將有助於「音樂生活化」目標的
達成。本研究針對現階段以國中推廣社會音樂教育的價值和功能,可能存
在的困難和解決的方法,以及推廣的原則和內容等,作全面性的探討。旨
在了解以國中推廣社會音樂教育之必要性與可行性,並進一步提出具體、
客觀的建議,作為相關研究或教育方針擬訂時之重要參考。本研究所獲得
之結論簡述如下:一、我國在民國27年即頒佈「各級學校兼辦社會教育辦
法」,成效不彰。二、國中推廣社會音樂教育在音樂、教育、文化、道德
、社會等方面,有其價值與功能,且獲得大多數相關人士的肯定。三、現
階段推廣工作的各項問題,舉凡經費、人力、場地等,均能獲得解決。本
論文針對問題一一提出建議與方法,可作為日後推廣工作或相關研究之重
要參考。四、文化中心及社教館應主動作全面性策劃及協調工作,輔導各
縣、市國民中學推廣社會音樂教育。
To make the ideal of music education which is universal,
livelizing and lifelong come true needs to extend social music
education planfully and systematically. Since there are junior
high schools all over the cities and towns, it will help to
accomplish the goal of "music livelizing" if we make them be
communal music culture centers and extend social music educati
there. This study inquires universally into the values and
functions of extending social music education by junior high
schools, the difficulties that might exist and the methods that
might solve them, the principles and contents of extension, and
so on. It aims to realize the necessity and possibility of
extending social music education, and hold forth concrete and
objective suggestions to be important references of relevant
studies or educational policies making. Major study results
concluded as following: 1. Our country issude "Means of Every
Grade School Also Taking Social Education in Hand" in 1938, but
the effect was not good. 2. In music, education, culture,
moral, and social aspects, it has its values and functions to
extend social music education by junior high schools, and it
gains most relevant people's support. 3. Nowadays, the problems
of extending work, such as extenditure , human sources, places,
etc. can be solved. 4. Culture centers and social education
halls should whooly plan and negotiate positively and help
every junior high school extend social music education.
