  • 網路科技的發展之下,快速的與陌生人展開一場對話,是現代生活普遍發生的事。長期以來,眾多的研究關注社群媒體的自我展演、人際互動等主題。進一步延伸至交友軟體的互動行為,探討動機、使用與滿足等議題。
    本研究想要藉由此特點,探討以筆友書信交流的概念為基礎的交友軟體:SLOWLY App。了解數位筆友在平台上的自我揭露動機、內涵與意義,以及行為特徵。以文字為基礎的主要溝通媒介,如何可能的影響自我揭露。在自我揭露的經驗中,與線上或線下的生活影響。
    透過半結構式的訪談,以該平台的使用者作為研究對象。透過聯繫網路上部落格的相關經驗文章的作者,以及臉書社團的數位筆友使用者等,邀請參與研究線上訪談。
    研究發現,關於自我揭露的議題方面,部分的筆友是以語言學習、文化交流為主;而影響自我揭露的因素,包括對方的回信頻率、回信的內容與反應、現實生活中的休閒時間。應用程式的設計與功能,筆名、自我介紹、虛擬頭像等揭露的訊息,也影響使用者進一步揭露。

    Under the development of online technology, a dialogue with strangers quickly is a common thing in modern life. For a long time, many studies have paid attention to themes of self-presentation and interpersonal interaction of social media. Further extended to interactive behaviors of dating software, and explore issues such as motivation, use and satisfaction.
    In this study, it aim to explore the concept of digital pen pal: Slowly App. Understand the self-disclosure of digital pen pals on the platform's self-disclosure, connotation and significance, and behavioral characteristics. How can the main communication medium based on text can affect self-disclosure. In the experience of self-disclosure, the impact of online or offline.
    Through semi-structured interviews, users of the platform are used as research objects. Invite participants to participate in online interviews by contacting authors of relevant experience articles on online blogs, as well as digital pen pal users of the Facebook community.
    The study found that some pen pals focus on language learning and cultural exchange on the topic of self-disclosure; and the factors that affect self-disclosure include the frequency of the other party's reply, the content and reaction of the reply, and the leisure time in real life. The design and functions of the app, as well as the information disclosed by the pseudonym, self-introduction, virtual avatar, etc., also affect the user's further disclosure.
