  • 近年來出生率普遍降低,老年人口逐步增加,使得老年人的照護服務將是時勢所趨。遠距照護為一創新的護理照護方式,歐美國家已應用此種通訊科技於護理工作中,且在受照護者之疾病管理與照護成本方面,皆能發揮極大的效用。有鑑於此,本研究提出RFID系統之遠距照護系統平台,主要目標為提供受照護者一套包括室內與室外的照護服務。
    在室內環境,受照護者可以透過本系統量測自身的生理數據,並利用專家系統的推論與判斷,確保受照護者能在第一時間了解自身的身體狀況,當受照護者所量測的生理數據異常時,本系統將會自動發出警報給照護者,讓照護者能及時的掌握狀況,給予適當的處理。此外,受照護者能將自身的生理數據寫入Tag中,當作電子生理 紀錄來使用。在室外環境,當受照護者發生意外時,照護者可以利用本系統,透過手持的PDA,即時讀取受照護者的基本資料與相關病歷並給予適當的協助。
    本研究透過Visual Studio 2005來開發遠距照護系統,所實作出來的遠距照護系統,可以讓受照護者自主的量測心跳,血氧濃度,體溫,舒張壓,收縮壓,並透過本系統的推論引擎,即時的告知受照護者自身的狀況,並且透過這些生理數據,即時推論受照護者是否面臨高血壓的威脅,就此達到自主的照護。此外,照護者使用PDA上的RFID系統,可查詢受照護者的基本資料、歷史的生理資訊,並且根據這些歷史生理資訊所推論出來的疾病,能夠讓照護者更容易掌握受照護者的病況。
