  • 本研究旨在探討電機電子類科系大專畢業生工作能力發展,係針對不同教育背景之公、私立專科學校、技術學院及一般大學電機電子類科系畢業生工作能力表現與發展性做一比較研究。
    本研究採用 Hermeneutic 研究法,經由相關文獻探討,並依據理論設計「電機電子類科系大專畢業生工作能力發展檢核表」,鑒請企業界之專家共十人,分兩組針對電機電子類科系大專畢業生五大工作能力及其內涵,依工作年資、學校類別等不同背景進行專家檢核。調查資料經統計分析,獲得主要結論如下:
    一、就大專畢業生之間工作能力的表現而言,整體在「心智運用能力」、「人群處理能力」、「業務處理能力」、「研發技術能力」、「行銷技術能力」等能力表現以「公立大學」畢業生最佳,其次為「公立技術學院」畢業生。其中「生產技術能力」與「工作態度與價值」則以「公立技術學院」畢業生表現最佳。
    二、就大專畢業生之間工作能力的發展性而言,整體在「工作態度與價值」、「人群處理能力」、「業務處理能力」、「研發技術能力」等能力發展性以「公立專科」畢業生表現最佳,其次為「私立專科」畢業生。其中「行銷技術能力」以「私立專科」畢業生發展性最佳。
    三、就各大專畢業生其工作能力之間的表現而言,「公、私立專科畢業生」在「工作態度與價值」、「生產技術能力」與「行銷技術能力」等能力表現最佳,而「公、私立技術學院」與「公、私立大學」等畢業生則是以「人群處理能力」與「研發技術能力」表現最佳。
    四、就各大專畢業生其工作能力之間的發展性而言,「公立專科」畢業生在「人群處理能力」與「生產技術能力」的發展性最佳;「公立技術學院」畢業生在「人群處理能力」的發展性最佳;「公立大學」畢業生在「業務處理能力」的發展性最佳;「私立專科學校」、「私立技術學院」與「私立大學」等畢業生則在「專業技術能力」的發展性最佳。整體而言,各大專畢業生其工作能力之間的發展性,主要以「行銷技術能力」最佳,其次為「研發技術能力」。
    本研究所得結論可作為大專院校培訓電機電子類科系畢業生應具備的就業能力及學生自我職涯輔導之依據,並可作為企業界在人力資源管理上的參考。

    The purpose of this study is to examine and experiences and compare the performance and develpoment of their working ability according to the different backgrounds of public or private colleges, institutes of technology and normal universities graduates majoring in Electronic and Electrical.
    This study uses Hermeneutic method, and from researching related material and theories designs " A transcript on the development of working ablility in the college graduates majoring in Electronic and Electrical ". In addition to there are ten experts form bussness field and divided to two groups to examine the five main working ability and its contents according to the differents of working time and school background.
    After statistic analysis of examination material, the main results are asfollowing:
    1. In the performance of working ability, the graduates of "Public Universities" have best performance in "mental skill", "people management", "practical skill", "Technical skill", and "marketing skills". Next is the graduates "Public Instuites of Technology". Among skill, the graduates of "Public Instuites of Technology" perform best in "attitude and value" and "product skill".
    2. In the development of working ability, the graduates of "Public Colleges" perform best in "attitude and value", "people management", "practical skill", and "Technical skill". Nest is the gradustes of "Private Colleges". Among all skills, the graduates of "Private Colleges" have a best performance in "marketing skills".
    3. In the between of the performance of working ability from each graduate, "public and private colleges graduates" perform best in "attitude and value", "product skill", and "marketing skills", but graduates of "public and private institutes of technology" and "public and private universities" perform best in "people management" and "technical skill".
    4. In the between of the development of working ability, "public college" graduates perform best in "people management" and "product skill"; "Public Institute of Technology" graduates perform best in "people management"; "public university" graduates best performance is "marketing skill", and the graduates of all "private colleges", "private Institute of Technology" and "Private college" perform best in "professional skills". On the whole, in the between of the development of working ability of each college graduates, the best performance is "marketing skill" mainly, and the next is "technical skill". The results of this study can be treat as a indispensable in working ability and the self-guidance of profession career for colleges educating graduates in Electronic and Electrical development and also is a reference for business in Human resource management.
