  • Since relatively few, indeed total absence of in-depth studies for intercultural competence of HR professionals in the international business literature, the purpose of the study aimed at exploring the present situation of intercultural competence for HR professionals working in the Multinational Corporations (MNCs) and proposing appropriate training suggestions for intercultural competence development effectively.
    A quantitative research approach was adopted and findings were applied to propose appropriate training suggestions for intercultural competence development. At the end, conclusion, and recommendations were included.
