本研究的目的在探討前臂支撐帶對於腕伸肌與屈肌在等長收
縮, 60度/秒、240度/秒向心收縮與離心收縮時的最大扭力、耐
力比和總功之影響,以及兩種速度下最大扭力的差異。本研究是
以國立臺灣師範大學體育系的男甲組網球選手 6位、體育系男學
生 6位、一般科系男學生12位為受試對象,受試者皆必須接受四
次等速肌力與肌耐力測量。在兩種條件下,有前臂支撐帶與無前
臂支撐帶,每次以最大力量反覆等長收縮6秒3次、向心收縮及離
心收縮60度/秒3次與240度/秒50次,且每次實驗間隔一天,以獲
得不同處理方式的實驗數據,進而瞭解前臂支撐帶對於腕伸肌與
屈肌在等長收縮、 60度/秒向心收縮與離心收縮時的最大扭力,
以及240度/秒向心收縮與離心收縮時的最大扭力、耐力比和總功
是否有影響。結果發現:
1、前臂支撐帶對於腕伸肌與屈肌在等長收縮時的最大扭力,並
無顯著差異存在。
2、前臂支撐帶對於腕伸肌與屈肌,在 60度/秒向心收縮與離心
收縮時的最大扭力,並無顯著差異存在。
3、前臂支撐帶在240度/秒離心收縮,顯著地減少腕伸肌的最大
扭力與50次收縮的總功。
4、60度/秒與 240度/秒兩種速度在向心收縮與離心收縮時的最
大扭力,並無顯著差異存在。
5、網球選手與一般大學生之腕伸肌與屈肌力量並無顯著不同。
本研究結果顯示,前臂支撐帶在240度/秒的速度下能顯著地
減少腕伸肌離心收縮的肌力與肌耐力。
This research aimed to evaluate forearm support band's
influence on wrist extensor's and wrist flexor's peak
torques under the condition of isometric contracton.
Besides, it focused on forearm support band's influence
on the peak torque, endurance ratio, and total work under
the condition of 60°and 240°/sec concentric contraction
and eccentric contraction. Also, the difference in peak
torque between two speeds is evaluated. The subjects in
this research included:6 male superior tennis players of
the Department of Physical Education;6 undergraduates of
the Department of Physical Education;12 non-physical
education-major undergraduates. The subjects must take
four tests on isokinetic strength and endurance. Under
two conditions (forearm support band and non-forearm
support band), with the experiment was made every other
day, the researcher repeated three times isometric
contraction for six seconds, concentric contraction under
60°/sec three times, and eccentric contraction under
240°/sec fifty trails in order to acquire different data
by different methods. All these efforts paved the way for
knowing forearm support band's influence on wrist
extensor's and wrist flexor's peak torque under the
condition of isometric contraction, 60°/sec concentric
contraction and eccentric contraction and for knowing
forearm support band's influence on the peak torque,
endurance ratio, and total work the condition of 240°/sec
concentric contraction and eccentric contraction
individually. The results included:
1、There were no significant differences on wrist
extensor's and wrist flexor's peak torques under the
condition of isometric contracton.
2、There were no significant differences on wrist
extensor's and wrist flexor's peak torques under the
condition of 60°/sec concentric contraction and
eccentric contraction.
3、Forearm support band, under 240°/sec eccentric
contraction, significantly reduced the peak torque of
wrist extensor and the total work of wrist extensor's
contraction for fifty trails.
4、There were no significant differences on wrist
extensor's and wrist flexor's peak torque between two
speeds.
5、There were no significant differences between tennis
player and non-physical education-major undergraduates
on wrist extensor's and wrist flexor's strength.
The results revealed that under higher speed forearm
support band can significantly reduce the strength and
endurance of wrist extensor's eccentric contraction.
