  • 本研究主要目的在:(1)探討不同強度阻力運動對肌酸激(CK)、脂質過氧化物(MDA)、總抗氧化值(TAS)的變化;(2)比較訓練者和控制組,在不同阻力運動後對肌酸激、脂質過氧化物、總抗氧化值的變化。受試對象為訓練組10名(有肌力訓練經驗一年以上)和控制組10名(無肌力訓練經驗者);平均年齡分別為21.60±1.65歲和20.80±1.03歲;平均身高為178.50±6.59公分和171.60±4.88公分;平均體重74.70±7.68公斤和68.30±7.54公斤。每位受試者分別接受兩種不同強度運動:1)8RM;2)15RM;並於安靜、運動後、運動後24小時和運動後48小時,抽肘前靜脈血分析CK、MDA和TAS。以二因子重覆量數變異數考驗之間的差異性。結果發現:1) 8RM和15RM運動後CK值在各時段皆顯著高於安靜值;MDA的最高值皆出現在運動後24小時;而TAS值都有先上升而後下降的趨勢,運動後48小時TAS顯著低於安靜值;2)在8RM強度運動後,控制組CK值明顯高於訓練組,且控制組CK值在運動後48小時明顯高於安靜值和24小時;在15RM運動強度,則兩組無顯著差異。8RM和15RM強度運動後MDA與TAS,訓練組和控制組皆無差異存在。本研究的結果顯示無肌力訓練經驗者,8RM的阻力運動較15RM造成更多的氧化傷害,從事阻力運動以15RM的運動方式為宜。

    The study was to compare the 8RM and 15RM resistance exercise induced creatine kinase (CK), lipid-peroxidation (MDA) and total antioxidant status (TAS) responses between training group and control group. The training group (n=10; mean age 21.60±1.65 yr, height 178.50±6.59 cm, weight 74.70±7.68 kg) had at least one year of strength training experience, and the control group (n=10; mean age 20.80±1.03 yr, height 171.60±4.88 cm, weight 68.30±7.54 kg) without any experience. Subjects in both groups participated in 8RM and 15RM resistance exercise in balanced order, and the blood samples were taken before exercise, immediately, 24 h and 48 h post-exercise from the antecubital vein. The data were analyzed by two-way ANOVA with repeated measures. The results were as follows: 1) CK activity elevated after exercise, and MDA concentration at 24 h after exercise was the highest. TAS levels elevated first and decreased. No significant difference in CK, MDA and TAS levels were found between 8RM and 15RM intensities. 2) The CK activity of control group was significant higher than training group after 8RM, but no difference was found in 15RM. No significant differences were found in MDA and TAS responses between groups in both intensities. Conclusion: The CK and MDA activities of control group were significantly elevated after exercise, but TAS decreased with time after resistance exercise. Therefore, the low intensity exercise (15RM) is suggested for people without strength training experience.
