摘要
本研究旨在探討不同介入方案對冠心病患自我照護之「知識」、「態度」與「行為」的實驗成效。本研究採實驗設計,以臺北市三所地區級以上教學醫院冠心病患共92人為研究對象,按收案時間隨機分派為實驗Ⅰ組、實驗Ⅱ組與控制組;實驗Ⅰ組接受「互動式冠心病自我照護手冊」的介入,實驗Ⅱ組接受「互動式冠心病自我照護手冊」與「冠心通訊」的介入,控制組則接受一般原有照護。介入前三組皆實施前測;介入後一個月,實施後測。
本研究的主要發現為:
一、介入後,在控制前測成績下;實驗Ⅱ組後測「知識得分」顯著高於實驗Ⅰ組,且實驗Ⅱ組後測知識得分顯著高於控制組,並達顯著差異。而實驗Ⅰ組與控制組之間則未達顯著差異。
二、介入後,在控制前測成績下;實驗Ⅱ組後測「態度得分」顯著高於控制組並達顯著差異,但與實驗Ⅰ組間並無顯著差異;而實驗Ⅰ組與控制組亦無顯著差異。
三、介入後,在控制前測成績下,實驗Ⅰ組、實驗Ⅱ組病患對「行為得分」並未高於控制組,且未達顯著差異。
根據研究結果,建議未來衛生教育研究者可進一步以長期的縱貫性研究,進行更大樣本的隨機介入研究以探討其成效。未來衛生教育者可以依據此冠心病自我照護手冊實施衛生教育。

Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to evaluate the intervention effects between interactive self-care handbook of coronary arterial disease and coronary newsletter and the study focused on improving patient’s knowledges, attitudes and behaviors regarding self-care effects.
A experimental design was employed in this study. The subjects were consisted of three Taipei region teaching hospital 92 coronary arterial disease patients. According to accepting case time , randomly assign to the experiment groupⅠ,experiment groupⅡand control groups . Experiment groupⅠaccept involvement on interactive self-care handbook of coronary arterial disease and experiment groupⅡaccept involvement on interactive self-care handbook of coronary arterial disease and coronary newsletter and the control group to accept generally originally care. Pre-test was administered before getting intervention in all three groups. Getting intervention implement and taking the post-test one month later.
The main findings in this study were as follows:
1.After implementing intervention, under the control of pre-test, there was a significant impact in improving knowledge score for subjects in experimental groupⅡbetter than the experimental groupⅠcompared and experimental groupⅡwas better than the control group compared. Meanwhile, there was no significant for subjects in experimental groupⅠwas better than the control group compared.
2. After getting intervention, under the control of pre-test, there was a significant impact in improving attitude score for subjects in experimental groupⅡbetter than the control group compared and there was no significant for subjects in experimental groupⅡwas better than the experimental groupⅠcompared. Meanwhile, there was no significant for subjects in experimental groupⅠwas better than the control group compared.
3. After getting intervention, under the control of pre-test, there was no significant impact in improving the behavioral score of self-care handbook for subjects in the experimental groupⅠand experimental groupⅡcompared those in the control group.
Based on the results, this study suggests that future study can explore the longitudinal effects of a large sample random intervention to verify its effectiveness. Health education providers can deliver such a self-care handbook of coronary arterial heart disease intervention as health education to patients.
