現今網路的普及改變了人們的行為模式,一旦遇到問題時,首先想到搜尋網路來尋求解答,而搜尋動作皆須額外操作鍵盤、觸控式螢幕鍵盤等方式來鍵入文字,並非簡便且直覺化的操作。隨著語音技術的發展,資訊領域也出現越來越多結合語音的相關應用,近來也被使用在搜尋引擎上,但是網路資料量如此龐大,導致搜尋結果眾多且不全是使用者欲知的解答,因此如何使語音搜尋結果更加符合使用者的需求為本研究的重要探討議題。
本研究以IPv6 FAQ語音搜尋網頁服務為例,來探討如何將語音搜尋透過XQuery Model來提升搜尋結果的精確度。在一般語音查詢中,使用者往往需要花費許多時間來篩選正確的答案,所以我們設計了XQuery Model來辨識關鍵字之間的關聯性,降低不符合需求的搜尋結果數量。本研究提出的方法有別於傳統的FAQ系統,結合了語音相關技術,提供一個擁有準確性及便利性的語音FAQ知識查詢系統,不僅讓使用者可以不受輸入裝置限制進行IPv6相關問題搜索,同時也讓使用者能夠更精確的取得所需要的答案。
Nowadays, internet is the major way for people to search for information. In order to entry queries, people usually use input device such as keyboard or mouse for above operation. With the development of voice technology, using voice related user interface, voice commands, is getting popular. However, voice commands usually provide simple mapping to keywords search in information query application, which limits the power of voice search in the system. How to enhance voice search capability is our major issue.
Our research takes IPv6 FAQ voice search web service as an example to discuss how to increase accuracy for voice search by using XQuery model. In general, people often spend much time when using keyword search, by sifting the useful answer from search result. In order to resolve this question, we design a XQuery model to recognize the relation between keywords. This proposed FAQ voice search service is different from traditional FAQ service. It has convenience, accuracy and security characteristic. It not only lets users searching without using traditional input devices, but also allows users to use voice to obtain the information more accuracy.
