本研究旨在探討如何通過整合SARA智慧排程系統與ERP系統來提升鋼構公司的排程效率。鋼構行業作為一個資源密集型和時間敏感性強的行業,排程效率的提升對於生產和客戶滿意度至關重要。本研究從文獻回顧、專家訪談、個案分析和資料分析等多個角度進行探討。在文獻回顧部分,對SARA智慧排程系統和ERP系統的相關文獻進行了深入分析,顯示這兩種系統在排程管理方面都有其獨特的優勢和應用價值,並且在鋼構行業中已經得到了廣泛的應用。
我們邀請了具有豐富經驗和專業知識的專家進行深度訪談,探討了SARA智慧排程系統和ERP系統在鋼構行業中的應用情況、優缺點以及整合的可行性和效果。通過個案分析,選取了幾家鋼構公司作為研究對象,深入分析了它們導入SARA智慧排程系統和ERP系統後的具體情況和效果,顯示整合這兩種系統能夠顯著提升公司的排程效率,降低生產成本,並且提高生產彈性和韌性。
最後,通過資料分析,對收集到的質性資料進行整理、分析和解釋,進一步確認了整合SARA智慧排程系統與ERP系統對鋼構公司排程效率提升的正面效果,並且提出了一些建議和改進措施。綜上所述,本研究通過綜合文獻回顧、專家訪談、個案分析和資料分析等多個角度的探討,對於整合SARA智慧排程系統與ERP系統以提升鋼構公司排程效率提供了深入的理解和實證支持。
This study explores how integrating the SARA intelligent scheduling system with the ERP system can enhance scheduling efficiency in the steel construction industry. As a resource-intensive and time-sensitive sector, improving scheduling efficiency is crucial for production and customer satisfaction. The research employs a multi-faceted approach, including literature review, expert interviews, case analysis, and data analysis.
The literature review section provides an in-depth analysis of relevant literature on the SARA intelligent scheduling system and ERP system, revealing the unique advantages and application value of these systems in scheduling management with widespread use in the steel construction industry. Expert interviews discuss the application, advantages, disadvantages, feasibility, and effects of integrating the SARA intelligent scheduling system and ERP system in the steel construction industry.
Case analysis involves selecting several steel construction companies as research subjects to analyze the specific situations and effects after implementing the SARA intelligent scheduling system and ERP system, indicating significant improvements in scheduling efficiency, production costs, flexibility, and resilience. Finally, data analysis confirms the positive effects of integrating the SARA intelligent scheduling system and ERP system on scheduling efficiency in steel construction companies and provides recommendations and improvement measures.
In conclusion, this study, through a comprehensive exploration involving literature review, expert interviews, case analysis, and data analysis, provides an in-depth understanding and empirical support for enhancing scheduling efficiency in steel construction companies through the integration of the SARA intelligent scheduling system and ERP system.
