  • 本論文藉由紫外-可見光吸收光譜與螢光光譜及電化學技巧探討:phthalocyanine(簡稱Pc)、紫質(porphyrin)及palmatine chloride hydrate 與溶液中的鹵素離子與氫氧根離子間的反應,並利用莫耳比作圖法求出相關熱力學特性,如錯合常數(K)及配位數(n)。
    實驗結果顯示:Pc-Al-Cl可與有機相中的氟離子與氫氧根離子進行錯合,其K約為1011,n約為2;PcGa-Cl亦可與氟離子及氫氧根離子產生反應,其K分別約為1011及1015,n分別約為2與3。實驗結果也顯示:具有中心金屬的紫質,如Mn、Zn、Fe均可對陰離子進行偵測,其中含Mn的紫質具有較靈敏的選擇性,其對氟離子及氫氧根離子的K均約為104,n約為1。此外,我們也發現這些物質若製成薄膜,亦可利用反射式UV-vis光譜分析探測氟離子及氫氧根離子。我們也發現Palmatine chloride hydrate可用以偵測氟離子,其間的反應平衡常數約為107~109,n值約為2。由於Palmatine chloride hydrate在水溶液中會顯現螢光,其強度會隨pH值變化而變化,因此我們也利用此項特點間接偵測葡萄糖。

    According to UV-Vis absorption and emission spectrophotometry as well as electrochemical analysis, we find that metal-centered phthalocyanine(Pc) and porphyrin as well as palmatine chloride hydrate are potential substances for the detection of fluoride and hydroxide ions. For instance, when F- and OH- ions are added into the system of Pc-Al-Cl, the UV-Vis spectra of Pc-Al-Cl changes responsively. The associated equilibrium constants are thus estimated to be 1011〜1015, and the molar ratio of Pc-Al-Cl to F- and OH- ions are 2 and 3, respectively. Metal-centered porphyrins show similar properties with F- and OH- ions. The equilibrium constants are estimated to be 104. In this reactions, most metal-centered porphyrins can form complexes with 1 equivalence of the target ions.
    Palmatine chloride hydrate, although possessing different structure from Pc or porphyrin, also shows potential for the detection of F- and OH- ions. Since palmatine chloride hydrate can emit light in aqueous solution and the emission intensity behaves as a function of pH, we have successfully used it to detect glucose as the system is incorporated with glucose oxidase.
