  • 曜越電競品牌失敗的要素為何?又應該如何控制品牌營運風險?透過樂高集團與阿迪達斯個案,探討企業如何面對風險與機會,從而建構企業專屬的營運風險管理框架,全面提升企業未來競爭力,以面對全球市場高度不確定性。

    What are the elements that made the Thermaltake e-sports brand fail? How should brand operational risk be controlled?
