  • 本研究旨在比較高中資優生與普通生在性別角色及生涯展望上的差異,並探討影響其生涯展望的相關因素。本研究採用立意取樣的方法,以台北市、台北縣的九所高中一年級學生共計244名為研究對象,使用「性別角色態度量表」及「生涯展望問卷」為研究工具,進行問卷調查。所得之資料則以二因子變異數分析、百分比、平均數、次數分配等統計方法進行處理。
    根據研究結果,本研究之主要發現如下:
    1.在「男性化分數」上,男生的分數顯著高於女生。
    2.在性別角色類型的分配上,男性化者佔22%,女性化者佔24%,兩性化者佔28%,未分化者佔26%。
    3.高一階段的學生認為,「醫師」、「大法官」、「中央政府部長」、「律師」、「大學教授」,是職業聲望較高的職業。但資優生與普通生的看法有些許差異。而主要影響個人職業聲望看法的是「自己」,其次則是「父母」。
    4.高一皆段的學生,認為最重要的價值是:「健康」、「自由」、「友誼」、「快樂」和「家庭和樂」。但資優生與普通生的看法有些許差異。而主要影響個人價值觀的是「自己」,其次則是「朋友」。
    5.高一學生對於七個生涯目標(成功、宗教、家庭、社會、安適、存在、自我)的追求,除了「宗教」外,都相當重視。
    6.高一資優生與普通生「最擅長的科目」,依序為:數學、國文、英文。
    7.高一資優生與普通生「最感興趣的科目」,資優生為:數學、生物、國文。普通生為:數學、英文、生物與體育。
    8.資優生的父母教育程序顯著高於普通生的父母教育程度。
    最後,研究者根據以上結果,提出若干建議,供教育輔導及未來後續研究之參考。

    The objective of this study was to compare the gifted students with the regular students in high schools concerning differences in sex role as well as career perspective and to discuss the influential factors of career perspective. Using data from the questionnaire survey of the 244 first grade high school students of 9 local high schools, statistical functions such as two factor ANOVA, percentage, and frequency distribution were performed to analyze these data.
    The main results of this research are as follows:
    1.The scores of masculinity of boys are significantly higher than those of girls.
    2.Regarding the proportion of the patterns of sex role, maceuline are 22%; feminine 24%; androgyny 28%; undifferentiated 26%.
    3.Students in this study selected the follow professions as higher reputable: doctor,supreme judge. Minister of the central government, lawyer. and professor. The key influential factors for their cognition of job reputation are students and parents.
    4.For the students in this study the important value includes health, freedom , friendship ,happiness and regular family harmony. But there are differences between gifted students and students. The key influential factors for their personnel value are students and friends.
    5.For the students in this study the important career objectives, except religion, are success,family, society, comfort, existence, and ego.
    6.The order of the subjects at which all students are good in this research are Mathematics, Chinese, and English.
    7.For gifted students the order of the most interesting subjects are Mathematics, Biology, and Chinese. For regular students they are Mathematics, English, Biology, and Gymnastics.
    8.The education level of gifted students' parents is higher than that of ergular ones'.
    Finally, practical suggestions and academic research directions are also discussed.
