理查‧史特勞斯(Richard Strauss, 1864-1949)為十九世紀浪漫樂派晚期之作曲家與指揮家，作品以交響詩、歌劇及藝術歌曲聞名。史特勞斯作品十的八首藝術歌曲創作於1885年，詩詞選自奧地利詩人赫曼‧馮‧吉爾姆(Hermann von Gilm, 1812-1864)之詩集《最後的葉片》(Acht Gedichte aus Letzte Blätter)，內容包含了愛、大自然及花等不同的意象，與各種音樂手法巧妙結合。
本詮釋報告共涵蓋四章：第一章為緒論，先介紹研究動機與目的，再說明研究方法與範圍；第二章是文獻探討，概述史特勞斯生平以及其藝術歌曲作品與創作特色，接著簡述詩人吉爾姆之生平，最後一節則描述作品十的創作背景；第三章進行作品十之八首歌曲的樂曲分析與鋼琴合作詮釋探討，先解析詩詞意境與結構，再逐樂段分析樂曲中詩詞與音樂之關聯，進而以鋼琴合作者角度給予演奏的建議；第四章為結語，筆者綜合上述章節所討論，提出個人詮釋觀點，作一總結。

Richard Strauss was famous Romantic composer and conductor across the 19th and 20th centuries. Among all genres, his fame was especially established in symphonic poems, operas and art songs. He composed Op 10 ‘Acht Gedichte aus Letzte Blätter’ in 1885. Texts were selected from one poetry album written by Austrian poet Hermann von Gilm (1812-1864). Gilm’s poems contained various images of love, nature and flowers and were well-received in colorful music composed by Strauss.

Author Chang composed four chapters in this paper, including: The First is an introduction explaining Chang’s motive, purpose and methodology of this research; The Second is the summary of Strauss’ life and characteristics of his song compositions, as well as overview of poet Gilm’s life and the background of writing Op 10; The Third is the poetic and musical analysis of each song in Op 10, and such as poetic rhyme, music form, harmony, practicing skills and performing techniques are discussed with cares; In The Fourth, final chapter of this paper, Chang concludes the characteristics of Op 10, and gives suggestions of performing selection and of interpretation from the perspective of being a collaborative pianist.
