中文摘要
本實驗研製金屬離子/大環胺醚複合物壓電晶體氣體層析偵測器,偵測常見的揮發性有機硫化物。利用石英晶體膜表面吸附化合物產生頻率變化的特性,經由實驗室自行設計之計頻系統及8255微電腦界面來讀取頻率及變化,並以自行撰寫軟體控制界面、記錄數據及繪圖。
在本實驗中,首先由靜相系統探討金屬離子/大環胺醚和有機硫化物的吸附現象,研究不同含硫數和不同碳數對訊號產生的影響。就含硫的數目而言 : SH-R-SH > R-SH;就不同碳數為 : 碳數愈長訊號愈長1-Ocnethiol >1-Hexanethiol >1-Butanethiol;1,3-propanedithiol ≧1,4-butanedithiol>1,2-ethanedithiol. 也發現塗佈金屬離子/大環胺醚複合物對於有機硫化物之偵測效果比分別塗佈金屬離子及大環胺醚為好並可使系統有不錯的可逆性。再由動相系統探討不同有機硫化物之訊號強弱及系統可逆性。
最後將系統與GC連線以金屬離子/大環胺醚複合物作為石英壓電晶體膜作為氣相層析偵測器。整個系統均由實驗室自行製作,成本符合經濟效益,對於不同的有機硫化物有良好的鑑別力。
Abstract
A metal ion/cryptand coated piezoelectric quartz crystal membrane sensor with a home-made computer interface was prepared and applied as a gas chromatographic detector for various organic sulfides. The frequency of quartz crystal oscillator decreased due to the adsorption of organic sulfides on metal ion/cryptand .The computer interface includes the oscillating circuit and data processing with 8255. A software was written to control the interface and data acquisition. Effect of functional groups, molecular weight, and static hindrance in static cell were studied. The frequency shifts of the metal ion/cryptand coated crystal for various organic sulfides were in the order : SH-R-SH >R-SH, 1-Octanethiol >
1-Hexanethiol >1-Butanethiol and 1,3-propanedithiol≧1,4-butanedithiol >1,2-ethanedithiol respectively. The greater frequency shift of a molecule with larger molar mass was also found. The metal ion/cryptand coated PZ detector exhibited more sensitive than metal ion or cryptand coated system individually. The metal ion/cryptand complex piezoelectric crystal as gas chromatographic detector has performed not only high sensitivity, but also distinguished to different sulfides. The home-made metal ion/Cryptand piezoelectric crystal gas chromatographic detector showed good competition with commercial TCD (Thermal conductivity detector).
