根據交通部監理單位統計中古車於2021年總過戶數高達801,758台的規模,消費者對購買中古車接受度有愈來愈高的趨勢。由於中古車產業查定師之職能良莠不齊,導致許多消費糾紛發生,所以建構一套車輛查定指標之準則,使中古車況公開透明,避免造成消費糾紛及行車安全疑慮。因此本技術報告主要背景係擬建立一查定師與中古車產業人員對於小客車車體結構判定技能之職能指標與內涵,供查定師與中古車產業人員參考以提昇其專業職能。
本技術報告主旨在探討查定師對於中古小客車車體結構「查定指標」與「判定技能」,並根據研究結果與發現,提出具體建議,藉由車體鈑金技術分析車輛碰撞型式及修復工法,提昇查定師對中古小客車車體鑑定的專業判定技能,並提出具體車體結構「查定指標」與「判定技能」之建議。
根據問卷統計研究分析發現:
一、本研究經專家會議彙整出車輛碰撞後未依標準規範修復則因車體損傷
導致結構變形進而影響行車安全。
二、未依規範修復後之車體結構與焊接點及漆面的平整度是有相關。
三、未依規範修復後之車體結構與四輪定位角度之行車安全是有相關。
四、因車輛經不同方向碰撞,導致車體結構受損之程度不同。
五、因車體結構不同,受損狀況導致車體修復工法而不同。
六、因車體修復工法之準則,導致車輛修復後之檢查與調整是否合乎規
範。
本技術報告已建立中古小客車之車體結構「查定指標」與「判定技能」職能內涵,該「查定指標」與「判定技能」適用於市場上多樣化之中古小客車車體結構狀況,本技術報告內容導入並融合各中古小客車產業與車輛產業協會等公開之技術內涵,可供查定師與中古車產業人員對於小客車車體結構判定技能參考。
According to the statistics of the supervision unit of the Ministry of Communications, the total number of used cars will reach 801,758 units in 2021, and consumers are increasingly accepting the purchase of used cars.Due to the uneven functions of the used car industry appraisal division, many consumer disputes have occurred. Therefore, a set of criteria for vehicle appraisal indicators has been established to make the condition of used cars open and transparent, so as to avoid consumer disputes and driving safety concerns.Therefore, the main background of this technical report is to establish the functional indicators and connotations of the skills of a surveyor and used car industry personnel for the determination of passenger car body structure, for the reference of the surveyor and the used car industry personnel to improve their professional functions.
The main purpose of this technical report is to discuss the "determination index" and "determination skills" of the surveyor for the body structure of the middle-aged passenger car. The construction method improves the professional judgment skills of the appraiser for the appraisal of the medieval passenger car body, and puts forward suggestions on the specific body structure "identification index" and "judgment skills".
According to the statistical analysis of the questionnaire, it was found that:
1. In this study, the expert meeting concluded that the vehicle body will be
damaged if it is not repaired in accordance with the standard specifications
after the collision Lead to structural deformation and thus affect driving safety.
2. The structure of the car body that is not repaired in accordance with the
specifications is related to the flatness of the welding points and the paint
surface.
3. The vehicle body structure that is not repaired in accordance with the
specifications is related to the driving safety of the four-wheel alignment angle.
4. The degree of damage to the vehicle body structure is different due to the
collision of vehicles in different directions.
5. Due to the different structure of the car body and the damaged condition, the
repairing method of the car body is different.
6. Whether the inspection and adjustment after the repair of the vehicle conforms
to the standard due to the rules of the vehicle body repair method.
This technical report has established the functional connotation of "determination index" and "determination skills" of the body structure of the ancient passenger car, the "determination indicators" and "determination skills" are suitable for the structural conditions of the diversified middle and ancient passenger cars in the market, the content of this technical report introduces and integrates the technical connotations disclosed by various medieval passenger car industries and vehicle industry associations, it can be used as a reference for surveyors and used car industry personnel to deepen and broaden the skills of passenger car body structure determination.
