The Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) had been employed as theoretical research foundation in this study to construct the specified user behavior model of “Internal Rating System for Stars Program (IRSSP)”. The researcher studied the user behavior of academic high school student who used IRRSP System as research sample. The comparison analysis was conducted to explore the discrepancy of Human-Computer Interaction, Technology Acceptance Level, and user satisfaction towered Internal Rating System for Stars Program. Further, the researcher tested the hypotheses through path analysis. The “Internal Rating System for Stars Program” and a developed “Inventory of IRSSP Technology Acceptance” were applied for investigations. There were 298 valid samples from third grade students of five high schools based on judgmental sampling. A statistical process was applied to deal with the research data such as descriptive statistic, one-sample t-test, independent sample t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, and multiple regressions.

The result shows that all factors were reached agreement level significantly except “Diversity”. Meanwhile, the agreements level of the users’ system operation from 3 to 4 hours was significant higher than that of the users’ system operation from 2 to 3 hours in “Perceived Usefulness” of the System Operation Time variable. The agreement level of the users’ system operation more than 6 hours was significant higher than the users’ system operation less than 1 hour of the System Operation Time variable. High correlation appeared among factors and the path analysis result demonstrated that hypotheses had been proved that independent variables can predict dependent variable positively except “Diversity”, “Colorfulness”, and “Craftsmanship” to “Perceived Ease of Use”; and “Colorfulness” to “Perceived Usefulness” did not reach significant level. The result supported the research hypotyeres. The Conclusions and auggestions derived from the research findings can serue as references for related researchers and organizations.
