口碑傳播在市場行銷中是一種相當重要的方式,由於人們通常更加相信自己信賴的人,因此若是由被信賴的人來推薦產品則會更有影響力,不僅能提高產品的信賴度,同時也提高了行銷的效益,而我們稱這些被信賴的人為意見領袖。
這篇論文中,我們提出了一個結合對話時間及情緒的綜合分析,辨識意見領袖的方法,此方法中對話時間的部分,是藉由計算每位成員發言的比例,情緒辨識的部分,我們不需了解成員中彼此的對話內容,而是透過語音特徵來辨別對話時的情緒,藉此計算出發言中富含情緒的比例。經由進行十組實際群體討論的實驗,透過三位公正的第三者觀察並由這三位觀察者判定群體中的意見領袖,最後結果顯示我們辨識意見領袖的方法正確率達73%,因此可以證明我們的辨識方法是有效的。除此之外,我們的辨識方法簡單、有效,並且因使用語音特徵分析情緒,而非辨識對話內容,因此可望跨語言的使用。
