With the transformation of Taiwanese electronics industry into the upstream and downstream of the electronics industry, the important bridge value chain of semiconductor distributors has become more and more perfect, playing an important role in industrial information exchange, inventory adjustment, timely production, logistics management and technical support. Upstream component suppliers and downstream customers are extremely important in the flow, logistics, information flow and business flow. The maximization of scale and value has been the development trend of semiconductor distributors in recent years. Through horizontal merger and acquisition strategies, manufacturers have rapidly increased value and expanded market share. Clearly, semiconductor channel vendors are integrated to maximize value. Therefore, this study intends to review the literature and summarize the possible factors affecting the integration value of the semiconductor pathway, in order to correct the important factors of the Delphi method. The multi-criteria analysis model and the structural equation model are introduced, and the influence relationship between the factors is derived. After the influence diagram is used, the partial least-person method is introduced to verify the significance of the influence relationship. This study be based on the feasibility of the empirical analysis of the semiconductor channel industry in Taiwan, and the actual results has shown that for the semiconductor channel industry for value integration, the company must enhance the “Information Integration” with relative company for improving the value integration.
