Cultural heritages could be preserved, promote local uniqueness, develop tourism and local economy if properly developed. This research aims at discussing different ways of constructing attractiveness for cultural heritages and how tourists respond. This research will discuss how cultural heritages interact with local
cultures and tourism, and divide the ways of construction attractiveness for cultural heritage into two subjects, one is how to use the endowed asset of cultural heritages to create "comparative advantages", and the other is "competitive advantages", which means using creativity and management to enhance the attractiveness of the cultural heritages. Château de Blois and Puy du Fou in the Loire Valley, these two different cultural sites in France, how they develop different ways to attract local and international tourists’ attentions are to be discussed. Conducting cross-case research method, this research aims to show different ways of constructing attractiveness for cultural heritages, and finally there are some suggestions for cultural heritage developments. The contribution of this research is to provide the most suitable ways of development to different cultural heritages, and make them refer to each other to enhance their attractiveness and uniqueness.
