新冠疫情後,歐洲的華語學習趨勢與全球同步,加速進入數位化時代。2022年 ChatGPT (Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer) 誕生後,數位語言學習平台從資源提供者,晉升為互動、整合、引導學習的參與者。網上語言學習變得多元、便捷、靈活和個人化,為語言自學塑造了積極環境。數位自學語言的風潮在歐洲已成為眾多語言學習者的目標。
本研究宗旨在建立一個適於歐洲區的華語自學平台,期許此平台能提升學習者的華語自學效能。研究範例聚焦於商務華語網站設計,預期成果包括主頁面展示、商務華語學習綱架及一課商務華語學習內容。
本論文採用「實務取向研究法」,結合「文獻分析法」及「質性問卷調查法」進行研究。文獻分析針對「數位與語言自主學習理論」、「語言認知理論」、「商務華語教材設計理論」及「網站設計理論」四個面向,做深入討論。並發現建構學習者語言上的「基模」是提升效率學習的重要關鍵。
透過分析自學教材、商務華語教材及網站設計原理,本研究擬定三項網站設計原則:符合網站設計原理的「優質」網站設計、滿足使用者需求、展現商務華語教材的核心特色。此外,問卷調查收集了網站目標對象的使用現況及需求,並訂定了「十分鐘華語自學網站」為網站名稱。比較分析「十分鐘華語自學網站」與「Duolingo」及「Memrise」後,凸顯出「十分鐘華語自學網站」具有三項創新特點:使用真實語料與文化基模為語言內容之設計、語言輸出與互動平台設置、專門用途華語與專業商務跨科教學。
After the COVID-19 epidemic, the trend of Chinese language learning in Eu-rope has kept pace with the world and accelerated into the digital era. After the birth of ChatGPT (Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer) in 2022, the digital language learning platform has been promoted from a resource provid-er to a participant in interactive, integrated, and guided learning. Online lan-guage learning has become diverse, convenient, flexible and personalized, creating a positive environment for self-study of language. The trend of digital self-learning of languages has become the goal of many language learners in Europe.
The purpose of this study is to establish a Chinese self-study platform suitable for European regions, hoping that this platform can improve learners' Chinese self-study effectiveness. The research example focuses on the design of a business Chinese website. The expected results include the main page display, the business Chinese learning outline and the business Chinese learn-ing content for one lesson.
This paper adopts "Practice-oriented Research Method", combined with "Document Analysis Method" and "Qualitative Questionnaire Survey Method" for research. The literature analysis focuses on the four aspects of "Digital and Language Autonomous Learning Theory", "Language Cognition Theory", "Business Chinese Textbook Design Theory" and "Website Design Theory" for in-depth discussion. And found that constructing learners' language "ar-chetypes" is an important key to improving efficient learning.
By analyzing self-study textbooks, business Chinese textbooks and web-site design principles, this study formulated three website design principles: "high-quality" website design that conforms to website design principles, meets user needs, and demonstrates the core features of business Chinese textbooks. In addition, a questionnaire survey collected the current usage and needs of the target audience of the website, and the name of the website was determined as "Ten-Minute Chinese Self-Study Website". After a comparative analysis of the "Ten-Minute Chinese Self-Study Website", "Duolingo" and "Memrise", it is highlighted that the "Ten-Minute Chinese Self-Study Web-site" has three innovative features: the use of real corpus and cultural proto-types for the design of language content, language output and Interactive plat-form settings, interdisciplinary teaching of special-purpose Chinese and pro-fessional business.
