  • 研究目的在瞭解有子女之育齡婦女睡眠品質之現況,探討在個人因素、家庭因素、工作型態、職場疲勞及嗜睡程度與睡眠品質間之關係。以育有一名(含)以上十二歲以下子女的婦女為樣本,採用網路問卷調查,以方便取樣得有效問卷361份,得研究結果如下:
    一、 本研究對象平均年齡為36.9歲,教育程度多為大學佔六成,平均有一位子女者佔五成六,有過去病史佔二成,身體質量指數為18.5≦BMI<24(正常)佔六成三,睡前使用網路者佔九成三,工作類型多為全職工作佔八成六,有同床睡伴者佔八成五,有飲用咖啡因飲料佔七成四,飲用含酒精飲料及食用助眠產品分別約為一成。研究對象中有六成的人有睡眠不佳之情形,而有一成的人有白天嗜睡之情形。
    二、 研究對象在教育程度、工作型態、子女數、有無過去病史、月經週期、身體質量指數、飲用咖啡因飲料習慣、睡前使用網路習慣以及是否有同床睡伴與睡眠品質皆無顯著差異。
    三、 研究對象在子女年齡、飲用含酒精飲品、食用助眠產品、個人疲勞、嗜睡程度與睡眠品質有顯著差異。
    四、 研究對象在育有2歲以下幼兒與育有2歲以上幼兒相比,育有2歲以下幼兒的受試者睡眠品質較差。有飲用含酒精飲品與無飲用相比,飲用者睡眠品質較差。食用助眠產品與無食用助眠產品者相比,食用助眠產品者睡眠品質較差。
    五、 研究對象的睡眠品質與個人疲勞有相關,疲勞程度越高,則睡眠品質越差。
    六、 研究對象的睡眠品質與嗜睡程度有相關,嗜睡程度越高,則睡眠品質越差。
    七、 本研究結果顯示,研究對象之個人疲勞、嗜睡程度、有無養育兩歲以下幼兒、是否食用助眠產品、是否飲用酒精類飲品等可以有效預測睡眠品質,能解釋其總變異量為30.9%,其中以個人疲勞程度為主要預測變項,最具影響力。

    The purpose of the study was to explore sleep quality regarding personal factors, family factors, job descriptions, career fatigues, and drowsiness in women of childbearing age. The online survey design was adopted to collect data from women with a child of under 12 years old. Finally, we recruited 361 effect questionnaires and got the results as below,
    1. In this study, the average age of women was 36.9 years old, and the 63.7% were bachelor’s degree. There were 56.2% women with one kid, and about 78.9% were with past history. According to the Body Mass Index (BMI), there were 63.2% between 18.5-24 kg/m2. And the users of the internet before sleeping were 93.4%. Regarding 86.7% were with full-time job. Sharing the bed with the other people were 85%. Exploring the drinking, there were 74.2% with caffeine drinking, and 90.3% no used the alcoholic beverages. There were 10.8% that used the products for sleeping. For the researching, the sleep deprivation was about 60.7% and there were 10.3% for drowsiness during the day.
    2. There were no significant differences in the education levels, job descriptions, numbers of children, past histories, menstrual cycles, BMI, habits of drinking caffeine, using internet before sleeping, and sharing the bed with other people.
    3. But there were significant differences on sleeping quality regarding ages of children, drinking alcoholic, using products of sleeping, personal fatigues and drowsiness.
    4. To compare the sleeping quality to the ages of children under 2 years old and over 2 years old, the women with under 2 years old got the bad sleeping quality. In addition, the women with drinking alcoholic slept badly. And using the products for sleeping were produced the bad sleeping quality.
    5. The sleeping qualities were affected by higher personal fatigues.
    6. The sleeping qualities were affected by higher personal drowsiness.
    7. The explanatory power of the personal fatigues, drowsiness during the day, having the children under2 years old, using the products for sleeping and drinking alcoholic was 30.9% .The study findings may presume the personal fatigue that was the main variable and influence.
