臺灣芯福里情緒教育推廣協會多年來以獨創「校園內培訓志工家長入班協同教學提供EQ教育服務」模式,為促進孩童情緒成熟與心理健康,致力於社區與校園內推動本土自創實證有效的「社會情緒學習(Social, Emotional Learning, SEL)課程」,其中芯福里的EQ志工群的貢獻與付出是重要關鍵人力資源。本研究主軸以芯福里培力之EQ協同教學志工為研究對象,以及芯福里所研發的EQ教育課程教材為研究探討範疇,在研究方法上則採用質性取向之個案研究法,以芯福里為個案範例,希冀探究芯福里非營利組織及其EQ志工團隊在推動情緒教育所歷經之創新演化過程。本研究藉由深度訪談芯福里重要層峰人員,包括芯福里創辦人楊俐容女士、協會理事長陳慧慈先生,以及多位帶領芯福里志工培訓課程之資深督導,並透過研究者自身之直接參與觀察和親自參與帶領EQ志工培訓課程之經驗,佐以其他多元資料的蒐集整理歸納,最後取得足夠研究資料來了解芯福里組織發展脈絡、組織變革演化、團隊運作模式,以及EQ教育志工群體之轉化學習與志願服務實踐過程。更進一步,本研究擬透過Otto Scharmer 所提的U型理論的創新演化視域觀點來深入探討芯福里EQ志工個人與團隊深層轉化學習、內在領悟和團隊合作創新實踐之U旅程以佐證「共同啟動、共同感知、共同自然湧現、共同創造、共同演化」歷程和「群聚效應願景」之影響。根據研究結果,可讓研究者進一步省思,做為未來精進教學行動或帶領志工培訓之依據,並提供芯福里個案研究成果以利相關單位規劃志工教育訓練或建構組織永續發展策略之參考。
The Taiwan Happy Village Emotional Education Promotion Association has been promoting emotional courses in communities and schools for many years through its unique model of "training volunteers and parents to work together in class to provide EQ education services" to enhance children's emotional maturity and psychological well-being. The Happy Village emotional education curriculum is developed in collaboration with experts in psychology and education, based on psychology and neuroscience, tailored to Chinese culture, and designed specifically for 6-12-year-old elementary school children. It can be regarded as a locally developed and proven effective "Social, Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum". Happy Village promotes emotional education through the efforts of the community, receiving recognition from academic research and feedback from collaborating school counseling systems, with the contributions and efforts of the Happy Village EQ volunteer group being key human resources. This study focuses on the EQ collaborative teaching volunteers trained by Happy Village and the full range of EQ education curriculum materials developed by Happy Village. The research methodology adopts a qualitative case study approach, using Happy Village as a case example to explore the innovative evolutionary process that Happy Village, a non-profit organization, and its EQ volunteer team have gone through in promoting emotional education. This study is conducted through in-depth interviews with key figures from Happy Village, including Ms. Yang Li-Rong, the founder of Happy Village, Mr. Chen Hu-Ci, the chairman of the association, and several senior supervisors responsible for leading Happy Village's volunteer training courses. Additionally, the study also includes the researcher's own direct observations and personal involvement/experiences in leading EQ volunteer training courses, complemented by the collection, organization, and analysis of various data sources. The study aimed to understand the context of Happy Village's organizational development, organizational change evolution, team operation mode, and the transformational learning and voluntary service practices of the EQ education volunteer group. Furthermore, this study intends to delve into the journey of individual and team deep transformative learning, inner comprehension, and innovative collaborative practices practice of Happy Village's EQ volunteers and teams through the innovative evolutionary perspective of Otto Scharmer's U theory, to substantiate the impacts of the process of "Co-initiating, Co-sensing, Co-presencing, Co-creating, and Co-evolving" along with the concept of "Emergence of Collective Vision". Based on the research results, researchers can further reflect and use them as a basis for future teaching actions or leading volunteer training, providing Happy Village's case study results for relevant units to plan volunteer education training or develop organizational sustainable development strategies.
