本研究的主要目的在探討我國國民中學學生的幽默偏好與行為困擾的關係,並且據此對於國中輔導工作與幽默研究提出具體建議。研究過程分為以下三個部分進行:
一、 研究一「文字笑話之內容分析」方面:針對文字笑話進行分類與定義,並列舉笑話以說明之。
二、 研究二「幽默偏好與行為困擾之相關研究」方面:根據研究一的研究結果,進行「國民中學學生幽默偏好量表」的編製,並加入「行為困擾量表」作為研究工具,進行實徵研究,探討國中生對於四類笑話偏好與行為困擾之間的關係。
三、 研究三「攻擊幽默偏好與行為困擾之相關研究」方面:從不同類型的「被攻擊者」對於攻擊「典型」笑話再次進行分類。透過攻擊類型笑話十八則與「行為困擾量表」,進行實徵研究,探討國中生對於六類攻擊笑話偏好與行為困擾之間的關係。
本研究以台北市、台北縣、台中縣與台南縣四所公立國中一年級到三年級學生為研究對象,實施「國民中學學生幽默偏好量表」與「行為困擾量表」。本研究實得有效問卷五百四十五份,資料分析後,本研究的主要發現如下:
一、 國中生的五種類型行為困擾程度與「性類型」的笑話偏好程度呈現顯著的正相關,特別反應在「性行為類型」或「性能力類型」的笑話偏好。
二、 國中生的自我關懷困擾程度與「黑色類型」笑話之中的「死亡類型」笑話的偏好程度呈現顯著的正相關。
三、 國中生的自我關懷困擾程度與「攻擊小孩類型」、「攻擊學生類型」笑話的偏好程度呈現顯著的正相關。
四、 國中男生與國中女生的幽默偏好與行為困擾各自具有不同的特色:針對四種笑話類型而言,國中男生比較能夠在量表上表現自己的幽默偏好,國中女生則是比較含蓄。針對六種攻擊類型笑話而言,國中女生的偏好程度高於國中男生。此外,國中男生與國中女生的行為困擾也表現在不同類型的幽默偏好上。
根據研究一、研究二與研究三的研究結果與主要發現,歸納本研究的結論與建議,茲說明如下:
一、 文字笑話的分類結合質化研究的編碼精神,有助於篩選出單純的笑話類型。
二、 探討國中生的行為困擾與幽默偏好時,應該把握整體性的趨勢,注意性別差異的特徵。
三、 在衡鑑國中學生的行為困擾時,可以將笑話偏好資料作為協助診斷的重要參考依據。
四、 未來研究可以針對研究樣本的選取、笑話篇幅的考量、幽默刺激的選取、研究變項的分析與研究工具的編製等方面進行修正與更進一步地探討。
The main purpose of the research is to analyze the correlation between humor preference and maladjustment of junior high school students. The process of this study can be divided into three parts:
1. The analysis of the content of written jokes: To categorize written jokes, and to cite some examples of each type.
2. Related researches about humor preference and maladjustment: To draw up the「Humor Preference Inventory」and to explore the relations between junior high school students’ preferences for four types of jokes and the corresponding maladjustment .
3. Related researches about the aggressive types of jokes and maladjustment: To categorize the aggressive types of jokes, and to analyze the relations between junior high school students` preferences for six aggressive types of jokes and the corresponding maladjustment.
The subjects of this study with effective sample size of 545 were selected from four public junior high schools in Taiwan. According to the findings resulting from document analysis, the conclusions are drawn as follows:
1. Using coding skill of qualitative research method would help us select and choose the pure joke type.
2. When we analyze and explore the correlation between junior high school students’ maladjustment and their humor preferences, it is important to understand the overall trend, and to notice the differences between male and female students.
3. When making an assessment on junior high school students’ maladjustment, we could compare their humor preferences simultaneously.
According to the findings and conclusions, this study also recommends some suggestions for further research.
