  • 高級中學生活科技教師專業知能進修需求之研究
    本研究旨在探討高中生活科技教師專業知能的進修需求及其相關因素,以為高中生活科技教師進修生活科技相關課程時的參考。其主要研究目的為(一)瞭解我國高中生活科技教師在生活科技專門能力之具備程度,進修需求程度、進修意願、以及進修方式的意見;
    (二)探討不同背景之教師在生活科技專門能力具備程度、進修需求程度
    、進修意願、以及進修方式之意見的差異情形;
    (三)根據研究結果提陳建議,作為相關單位規劃生活科技教師進修活動之參考。
    依研究目的,本研究發現:
    (一)生活科技教師進修生活科技專業知能宜以專門能力為主
    (二)高中工藝/家政教師生活科技專門能力之具備程度偏低
    (三)高中工藝/家政教師生活科技進修需求與進修意願大致相同
    (四)高中工藝/家政教師生活科技專門能力進修需求,因教師背景因素不同而有差異。
    (五)高中工藝/家政教師生活科技進修方式之意見,因教師背景因素不同而有差異

    A Study On The In-service Education Needs Of Senior High School Technology Teachers
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the needs and the
    relative factors of the senior high school technology teachers
    in taking advanced in-service education. It was intended to
    offer suggestions for authority of education to establish an
    appropriate in-service education program.
    Resarch studies were conducted to investigate :(1) the possessed
    competencies, the in-service needs,the willingness,and the opinions of the teachers;(2)how teachers'backgrounds would influence their technological competencies and their willingness of participating in-service education;and (3)to suggest recommendations to the authority of education for rearranging in-service education for the technology teachers.
    The major findings of this study were as follows:
    (1)Specialized competency was the most important content area when considering of technology teacher in-service education.
    (2)Most industrial arts/home economics teachers were lacking in
    specialized competency.
    (3)The needs and willingness of both kinds of teachers to participatein the technology in-service education were at about the same level.
