本研究旨在探討國內女子壘球虛觸實擊攻擊法，研究目的：探討虛觸實擊在壘球攻擊技術上的優勢與劣勢以及了解國內虛觸實擊在比賽戰術上的運用現況。研究對象分為三大部分：第一部分為以參加2014第五屆全國女子壘球超級聯賽154名參賽選手進行問卷調查；第二部分為曾獲選國家代表隊之優秀選手30名；以及第三部分為曾擔任全國超級聯賽資深教練10名進行一對一深入訪談。所得資料經綜合分析結論發現：一、虛觸實擊的優勢能夠增加打擊的表現，提升整體戰略戰術的靈活度。當選手面臨打擊低潮、好球數對打者不利時是使用虛觸實擊的較好時機。二、虛觸實擊攻擊法會造成守備上的威脅。然而，當壘上有人時，更能提升對守備員的威脅感。藉此幫助教練更靈活的運用戰術且成功率較高，並增加比賽的可看性。三、虛觸實擊的劣勢在於基本動作不熟練或是收棒時機不正確會影響揮擊的有效性以及降低長打率。四、為了增加攻擊的有效性，虛觸實擊對於不擅於長打的選手來說，是另一種攻擊的選擇方式。建議未來教練在訓練時能夠加入完整的虛觸實擊訓練課程，進而提升競賽中整體攻擊的有效性。

This study aimed to explore slash bunt in women’s softball player. The research purposes were to explore slash bunt hit technical advantages and disadvantages; and the understanding of the slash bunt hit tactical use during status of the game. Research subjects were divided into three parts: The first part, 154 participatesfrom the 2014 Fifth National Women's Softball League were given questionnaires to fill out; second part, 30 outstanding NationalTeam Women’s Softballparticipants were one on one in-depth interviewed; and the third part,10 coaches from the Senior National Leaguewereone on one in-depth interviewed. Information obtained through a comprehensive analysis concluded that: (1) Slash bunt hit increases the performance hit, and will enhance the overall strategic and tactical flexibility. When players are faced with ball count pressure, slash bunt would be a good time to be used. (2) Slash bunt hit causes threat on defense. When players are on base, this would increase the threat even more defensively. This technique helps coaches to a more flexible use of tactics and a higher success rate which increases the game worth watching. (3) Slash bunt hit’s disadvantages are the incorrectness of hittingtechniques, or incorrect timing of the hit, these will affect the validity of swing and reducing slugging percentage. (4) In order to increase the effectiveness of the attack, slash bunt hit is one of the strategies for players who are not good withlong hits. Suggestions for future training are toteach players the full techniques ofslash bunt hit, and thus to enhance the effectiveness of the overall attack.
