  • 本研究目的主要在編製「全面性內在動機量表」,其中以
    Maslow(1968,1970)所提出的「人類需求階層模式」及Deci(1975)所提出的「認知評價理論」為本研究量表之架構,進行量表編製。
    本研究量表以5階段進行編製,第一階段主要目的為界定架構與設計測驗,以專家學者、運動員及學生進行題目撰寫(N=47)及檢視題本(N=104)。經由專家學者討論後,本量表共分為6個分量表,其中包含:1.工作(或課業)內在動機;2.心理健康內在動機;3.生理健康內在動機;4.人際關係內在動機;5.生活內在動機;6.實現理想內在動機。每個分量表皆為5道題目,全量表為30道題目,以Likert 5點量表型式呈現。
    第二階段及第三階目的為本研究量表預試 (修正與決定題目),其中以大專運動員(N=164)及社會組運動員為受試者(N= 314),第四階段目的為本研究量表正式測量,受試者為大專運動員與社會組運動員(N=274),第五階段目的為建立本研究量表的常模,受試者為大專運動員與社會組運動員(N=745)。
    研究中以探索性因素分析及積差相關,考驗本研究量表之效度與信度,並以百分等級建立量表之常模,結果顯示:
    一、信度
      Cronbach α係數介於.721~.788之間,重測信度.709~.828之間,顯示本量表具有高水準的信度。
    二、效度
      (一)內容效度
      由專家學者、中文系學生及運動員擬定量表內容,顯示本量表具有內容效度。
      (二)同時效度
      與「情境內在動機量表」中的正向內在動機(知覺能力、樂趣及努力)間皆呈現出正相關,與負向內在動機(壓力)間呈現出負相關或無相關;與「脈絡內在動機量表」中的以「瞭解」為目的、以「成就」為目的及以「經驗」為目的內在動機間皆呈現正相關,顯示本量表具有同時效度。
    三、常模
      本量表以百分等級建立常模,可讓運動指導者及運動員了解,個人全面性內在動機的分數在團體中的相對地位。
      由上述結果可知,本量表具有高度信度及效度,為一評量運動員全面性內在動機之有效工具。

    The scale uses PR to build the norm for athletic instructors and athletes to understand the relative score of one’s personal global intrinsic motivation in a team.
    These results show that the scale is highly reliable and valid. It is a very effective tool to evaluate an athlete’s global intrinsic motivation.
