模糊理論自L.A.Zadeh教授於(1965)所提出後,在期刊、雜誌及論文等相關文獻中都有相當數量及篇幅予以探討,並獲一定程度的肯定。但大部份以工程領域方面應用文獻探討較多,應用於教育評鑑方面做有系統探討的文獻鮮少看見,因而引發本研究有系統地進行「模糊理論應用於「高級中等學校資訊教育評鑑」之探討與研究的動機。
本研究首先以文獻分析法,蒐集、分析、歸納及彙整相關文獻,確立高級中等學校資訊教育評鑑類別、分項及分項內容等因素集之層級結構;其次運用模糊層級分析法(FAHP),以專家為對象,實施調查研究發展各因素權重值,建構高級中等學校資訊教育評鑑完整指標體系;最後隨機選取模擬評鑑學校,實施高級中等學校資訊教育評鑑模糊綜合評判(FST)實證研究。
本研究為提高數值化評鑑運算模式的實用性,特運用MS OFFICE EXCEL及PHP網頁程式語言等工具自行發展權重值計算與模糊綜合評判之e化評鑑運算模組,免去人工計算時可能產生之錯誤。研究結果顯示,的確能快速、準確及客觀呈現接受評鑑學校資訊教育推動情形,確實支持本研究所建構的模糊理論應用於「高級中等學校資訊教育評鑑」之e化評鑑模式,具有高度實用價值,希望以此綜合性數值化評鑑方式,提供有關單位辦理資訊教育評鑑時之有利的評鑑決策模式。
Ever since Professor L. A. Zadeh’s Fuzzy Theory in 1965, a great number of relevant documents have been discussed in such topics: periodicals, magazines, and research papers. They have received compliments to certain degree and most documents, however, were applied in the field of engineering. Systematic researches rarely apply in the education field. This research is systematically conducted to explicate the application of Fuzzy Theory on information education evaluation (IEE) for Taiwan's senior high schools.
Based on the Document Analysis Theory, the researcher assembles, analyzes, inducts, and categorizes all the related data to establish various levels of classifications, sorts, and sorting contents about IEE in Taiwan's high schools. Furthermore, this research investigates the experts about developing weight value of various evaluation factors by applying Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP), it also sets up a complete index system on IEE for Taiwan's senior high schools. Finally, the researcher selects target schools to carry out the simulative evaluation and conducts a study on the model of Fuzzy Synthesis Theory(FST) on IEE. for Taiwan's senior high schools.
To promote the pragmatic value of the numeric evaluation model, this research employs MS Office Excel and PHP web page programming languages to create an e-Evaluation model of calculated weight values and Fuzzy Synthesis Theory, which reduces the errors made by manpower. The result of this research provides an efficient, accurate, and objective device for the information education to the evaluated schools. The outcome proves that the application of Fuzzy Theory is a great use for senior high schools’ IEE. Hopefully this research can provide a valuable evaluation model for the authorities concerned to conduct the IEE, which uses the method of synthesis numeric evaluation.
