  本文旨在探討青少年父母正念教養、心理韌性與幸福感之關聯。
  研究參與者為臺灣地區公立學校之國中生,有效樣本共668人,其中男生342人,女生326人。本研究以問卷調查方式進行資料之蒐集,研究工具包含「正念教養量表」、「心理韌性量表」及「青少年幸福感量表」。所得之資料以描述性統計、t考驗、變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析及迴歸分析進行統計考驗。主要研究結果顯示:(1)不同性別之青少年的心理韌性與幸福感皆無顯著差異。(2)不同年級之青少年心理韌性具有顯著差異,其中七年級之心理韌性顯著大於八年級與九年級;而幸福感在各年級間則無顯著差異。(3)父母正念教養、心理韌性與幸福感感三者間皆呈現顯著相關。(4)心理韌性對父母正念教養與青少年幸福感之關係具有顯著中介效果。 (5)不同性別青少年之心理韌性,對父母正念教養與青少年幸福感之關係皆具有中介效果。末尾針對本研究之結果與限制,並提供未來教育與相關研究建議。

  The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships among mindful parenting, adolescents’ resilience and well-being. The participants were 668 junior high school students in Taiwan, including 342 boys and 326 girls. Data were collected by the “Mindful Parenting Scale”, “Resilience Scale”, and “Adolescent Well-being Scale”, then analyzed through the descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, MANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.
  The findings were as follows:
1. Resilience and well-being of junior high school students were not significant difference between boys and girls.
2. Resilience of junior high school students varied significant in the grade. The 7th grade is significantly higher than the 8th and the 9th. Well-being of adolescents were not significant difference between boys and girls.
3. There were significant positive relationship betewwn mindful parenting, resilience and adolescent well-being.
4. Resilience significantly mediated the relationship between mindful parenting and well-being.
5. Resilience significantly mediated the relationship between mindful parenting and well-being for adolescents of different genders.
  Finally, the limitations and results of the research were pointed out, and some suggestions for future applications in counseling and research directions were also presented.
