目的:探討瑜珈體位法中,下犬式動作之運動學及動力學參數特徵,以供瑜珈學習者在增進健康及避免運動傷害情況下,尋求最佳施作方式。方法:以瑜珈專業女性教練6名,一般女性學員6名為研究對象,利用Vicon Motion Capture System 高速攝影機(200Hz)、Kistler 三維測力板(1000Hz),擷取瑜珈下犬式動作的生物力學參數。所得結果以描述性統計呈現;資料分析以無母數檢定Mann-Whitney和Wilcoxon比較專業教練與一般學員之差異,顯著水準定為α= .05。結果:一般組上下肢的施力比例為5:5,專業組的上下肢的施力比例為4:6。一般組的脊椎屈曲角度(21.92°)大於專業組(4.00°, p<.05)。一般組的腳跟的離地高度(3.54cm)大於專業組(1.32cm, p<.05)。一般組的上肢和水平面夾角(57.55°)大於專業組 (49.39°, p<.05)。在肩、肘、腕、髖、膝、踝等各關節角度、下肢和水平面夾角、施作時的前後距離沒有差異。結論:在施作下犬式動作時,專業組和一般組的在上下肢施力分配、脊椎屈曲角度、腳跟的離地高度和上肢與水平面的角度不同,初學者在操作下犬式動作時,若只模仿外觀動作勉強施作,不注重上下肢施力比例和各關節角度的差異,可能會造成運動傷害。

Purpose: To investigate the kinematic and kinetic characteristics on the Yoga downward facing dog pose for the best performance motion in Yoga and preventing harmless situation. Methods: Six professional female Yoga instrustors and six novice female were selected as subjects. The KISTER force plates (1000Hz) and the VICON Motion Capture System (200Hz) were used to acquire kinetic and kinematic data for the downward facing dog pose. The selected variables were tested by non-parameter Mann-Whitney U test and Wilcoxon for identifying the differences between professional and novice groups (α =.05). Results: The ratio of upper/lower limb exerted were 5:5 in the novice group, and 4:6 in professional group. More flexion of the trunk in novice group (21.92°) was found than that in professional group (4.00°, p<.05). The heel height in novice group (3.54cm) was greater than that in professional group (1.32cm, p<.05). The included angle of upper limb and force plate (57.55°) was greater than that in professional group (49.39°, p<.05). The joint angle of shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and ankle were similar between two groups. Conclusion: In the motion of downward facing dog pose, the ratio of upper/lower limb exerted, flexion of the trunk, and heel height were different between professional and novice groups. The novice should take notice of the distribution of upper/lower limbs and the included angles of upper limbs for preventing injuries when performing downward facing dog pose.
