  • 本研究旨在探討美食平台外送員的工作意願。科技日新月異及人口結構改變促使共享經濟的興起。這讓人們擁有更便捷的生活,在飲食方面不再侷限於自行烹煮,享用外食可以選擇要外帶或是內用的方式。共享經濟的興起也讓業者看見外送平台商機。外送平台扮演著第三方的角色,負責與店家合作開發新用戶、提供應用程式、調配外送人員等業務,同時以承攬制度與擁有閒暇時間、擁有機車或腳踏車且願意提供多餘運輸能量的人合作,讓這些外送員能夠在時間彈性的時間提供外送服務給點餐的消費者。現今研究工作意願多探討辦公室內人員的工作意願,而美食平台外送人員採用僱用制的方式與平台業者合作,不屬於美食平台的員工。現有文獻較少探討外送人員的工作意願,因此本研究將針對美食外送平台的外送人員以線上問卷進行實證研究,欲瞭解那些變數會影響美食外送平台外送員的外送意願。

    研究結果顯示,所得滿意度會影響工作滿意度、彈性工作選擇會正向影響工作滿意度及工作成就感 、工作滿意度會正向影響工作成就感 及外送意願、工作成就感會正向影響外送意願。

    The purpose of this study is to explore the work intentions of food delivery platform workers. Technological advances and demographic changes have led to the rise of the sharing economy. This allows people to have a more convenient life. In terms of food, they are no longer limited to cooking by themselves, and they can choose to take out or use in the way of eating out. The rise of the sharing economy has also brought business opportunities to delivery platforms. The delivery platform plays the role of a third party, responsible for cooperating with the store to develop new users, provide applications, deploy delivery personnel and other services, and at the same time use the contract system to communicate with people who have spare time, locomotives or bicycles and are willing to provide excess transportation energy. Cooperation allows these deliverymen to provide delivery services to consumers who order food at flexible times. Nowadays, research on work willingness mostly discusses the work willingness of employees in the office, while the delivery personnel of the food platform use the employment system to cooperate with the platform industry and are not employees of the food platform. The existing literature rarely discusses the willingness of delivery personnel to work. Therefore, this study will conduct an empirical study on the delivery personnel of the food delivery platform with an online questionnaire to understand which variables will affect the delivery willingness of the delivery personnel of the food delivery platform.

    The research results show that income satisfaction will affect job satisfaction, flexible work choice will positively affect job satisfaction and job fulfillment, job satisfaction will positively affect job fulfillment and willingness to send out, and job fulfillment will positively affect job fulfillment and the work willingness to delivers.
