磁性奈米粒子披覆生物標記後,進行免疫檢測的研究已逐漸廣泛的被討論。近年本實驗室將磁性奈米粒子與生物分子結合後,使用振動樣品磁量儀檢測,驗證其磁性強度隨著生物分子的濃度增加而增強
,可作為免疫檢測的工具。然過去以振動馬達驅動的振動樣品磁量儀造價昂貴,整體體積龐大,且一次只能放入一個樣品量測。因此本研究旨在開發經濟型多通道振動樣品磁量儀(Multi-channel Vibrating Sample Magnetometer),振源以市售的單體喇叭作取代,鐵心也縮小化以降低成本,最高磁場能夠達到 最高磁場能夠達到 最高磁場能夠達到 2814 高斯, 高斯, 已經足使磁性奈米粒子飽和,系統磁性強度的校正是以市售之商業化振動樣品磁量儀(Vibrating Sample Magnetometer)測量特定濃度的磁流體作為校正依據。校正後自製的單通道振動樣品磁量儀的靈敏度可達 1.99×10−6 emu,多通道振動樣品磁量儀的靈敏度可達 3.09×10−4 emu,並初步完成在生物分子檢測,未來可進一步行 進一步行 血液中生物分子的定量檢驗。
