消費者因應智慧商品的存在,造成生活的改變,市場也因為科技的進步,延伸出智慧家電帶來新的應用,而這樣的趨勢,顯示出消費者的需求以及對於產品的認知與期待,亦會影響及產品的開發與創新。
本研究主要以使用者的使用需求為核心進而結合物聯網,也透過目前市面上各品牌智慧冰箱的產品,做為一個整理,也收集大量的國內外文獻,將資料整理成表格的形式加以解釋並分析,最終發展出物聯網智慧冰箱的研究。本研究歸納出四項主構面,以及二十項準則,四大構面分別為應用創新、生活創新、電力管理創新還有安全監控創新。
研究方法採用量化研究中的專家問卷法(Hierarchical Decision Modeling, HDM),接受訪問的專家共 21 位,分別都是在智慧冰箱學以專精的專家學者,藉由問卷調查,探討構面之間與準則之間的重要性,做加權的重要性排比。預期可獲得應用物聯網於冰箱,如何解決食材保觧、食材管理與品質掌握、消費者需求面的研究結果。
本研究結果得知,在物聯網智慧冰箱中的四大構面,最重要的構面是安全監控創新,其構面下的準則排序如下:一、系統安全功能與開關感測並列第一。二、溫溼度感測。三、結霜感測。四、聲光感測。五、人體圖像感測。本研究也可提供業者未來強化智慧冰箱開發之用。
Consumers have changed their lives in response to the existence of smart products. The market has also extended smart home appliances to bring new applications due to the advancement of technology. This trend shows consumers' needs and their cognition and expectations for products. It will affect the development and innovation of products.
This research mainly focuses on the user's usage needs and then combines the Internet of Things. It also collects a large number of domestic and foreign literatures through the products of various brands of smart refrigerators on the market, and organizes the data into tables for explanation. And analyzed, and finally developed a research on the Internet of Things smart refrigerator. This study summarizes four main dimensions and 20 criteria. The four dimensions are application innovation, life innovation, power management innovation and safety monitoring innovation.
The research method adopts the expert questionnaire method (Hierarchical Decision Modeling, HDM) in quantitative research. A total of 21 experts were interviewed, all of whom are experts and scholars specializing in smart refrigerator learning. With the importance of the criteria, do a weighted importance ranking. It is expected to obtain research results on the application of the Internet of Things in refrigerators, how to solve the problem of food preservation, food management and quality control, and consumer demand.
The results of this study show that among the four aspects of the IoT smart refrigerator, the most important aspect is the innovation of safety monitoring. 2. Temperature and humidity sensing. 3. Frost sensing. Fourth, sound and light sensing. 5. Human body image sensing. This research can also provide the industry with the purpose of strengthening the development of smart refrigerators in the future.
