將市售白芝（Trametes orientalis）撕成碎片以甲醇萃取，萃取物經矽膠管柱色層分析，正相高效能液相層析，製備用厚片色層分析等步驟，得到以下十七種化合物。利用各種光譜分析及化學反應等方法，推定其結構如下：

化合物C：ergosterol peroxide 與 9(11)-dehydroergosterol peroxide之混晶
化合物D：ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one
化合物E：ergosta-7,22E-diene-3 β,5α,6β-triol
化合物F：3β,5α-dihydroxy-6β-methoxy-ergosta-7,22E-diene
化合物G：3β,5α-dihydroxy-ergosta-7,22E-dien-6-one
化合物H：5α,6α-epoxy-5α-ergost-8(14),22E-diene-3β,7α-diol

In this study, constituents of Trametes orientalis are investigated. The dried pieces of T. orientalis are extracted with methanol, then separated by silica gel column chromatography, nomal phase HPLC, and preparative thin-layer chromatography.
Seventeen compounds are seperated and the structures are determined by the spectroscopic and chemical methods. These compounds are listed as below:
