人工智慧技術發展的熱潮,同時為商業市場的應用帶來了蓬勃發展,也為使用者介面、體驗的設計帶來了機遇和挑戰。在數位產品設計實務中,將人工智慧導入在產品的設計之中,提升效用的同時也帶來了互動的改變。首先梳理數位產品設計、人機互動與互動設計的文獻脈絡,並且瞭解人工智慧的技術特性。接著將專家學者所提出之人智互動設計指南,進行歸納與分析提出人智互動的六個設計指標,藉由個案研究分析指標的實際應用案例。最後以智慧記帳應用程式作為創作,透過創作的分析與討論,記錄實際應用人智互動指標於數位產品設計的過程。本研究將人智互動指南歸納為以下六個設計指標:(1)使用者需求和人工智慧技術優勢的交集,並為數據負責;(2)透過概念模式設定對應和期待;(3)合宜、更像人的表達方式與簡化理解;(4)提供理由與解釋;(5)反饋的價值與設計獎勵;(6)定義與修補錯誤與和控制權的平衡。有了技術的知識背景和專家學者所提出的指南,在設計創作上的應用會讓設計師更清楚明瞭自己為何而設計,因為知道每個指標背後的目的,在流程與介面設計上能夠安排的更精確,進而使互動的體驗更加完整,不僅能妥善運用人工智慧技術的特性,更彰顯了「智慧」的所在。
The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has brought about a boom in commercial applications, as well as opportunities and challenges in the design of user interfaces and experiences. In the experience of digital product design, the introduction of artificial intelligence into the design of products has brought about changes in interaction while enhancing the effectiveness. First, we will review the literature on digital product design, human-computer interaction and interactive design, and understand the technical characteristics of AI. Then, we summarize and analyze the guidelines for human-AI interaction design proposed by experts and propose six design indicators, and analyze the actual application cases of the indicators through case studies. Finally, a personal finance & money mobile app is used as the creation to record the actual application of the human-AI interaction indicators in digital product design through analysis and discussion of the creation. This study summarizes the guidelines for human-AI interaction into six design metrics: (1) the intersection of user needs and the advantages of artificial intelligence technology, and accountability for the data; (2) setting responses and expectations through conceptual models; (3) appropriate, more human-like expressions and simplified understanding; (4) providing reasons and explanations; (5) the value of feedback and design incentives; and (6) defining and fixing the balance between error and control. With the knowledge background of technology and the guidelines proposed by experts, the application of design creation will allow designers to understand more clearly why they are designing, because they know the purpose behind each indicator, they can arrange the process and interface design more precisely, and then make the interactive experience more complete, not only to properly use the characteristics of AI technology, but also to highlight where the “smart" lies.
